Very expensive, cheap looking product

Beautiful job. Just plan on it taking longer than your sales contract will read. Worth the time!

My ratings are based on my anticipated satisfaction with the work to be performed, since the installation has not taken place yet. However, I am very confident that the work will meet or exceed my expectations, based on my interactions with everyone in the company so far.

AS of now 3/19/16 the work has not been started (windows and glass had to be ordered) butI would be glad to rate quallity of work at a later date. Also RIHI installed windows for us 23 years ago and was very helpful in solving a problem with them now

Very nice workmanship worked a long three days

Kitchen project was not finished in a timely manner. The cabinet doors were incorrect size, the refacing is is chipped. I'm very disatistied with the lazy susan fit and am still trying to work with them to find a satisfactory result (note: contract signed 2-5-15 and today is 9-15-15). Window install team did a great job, however wrong window was order, so had delay in getting correct one. The custom sized french doors were delivered with a standard size window....very unhappy. Though vp is still working with manufacture to try and correct, call back commitments not being kept.

excellent quality, workmanship, cleaned up afterwards. were done when they said in spite of poor weather. very pleasant and professional.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND RIHI. Had new roofing shingles put on and new windows and slider door. All work completed on time, workers pleasant and cleaned up after every project. Quality of work, customer service and overall experience gets an A+.
