working with Austin was a pleasure. His knowledge and expertise of the product was a great help to me an my wife. After agreeing to move forward with our new walk in shower we left everything in the hands of Anthony the co-owner and project manager. He arranged everything from there. The contractors who did the work were very efficient and polite most importantly to us very neat. Work was completed in two days as promised. we love our new walk in shower and would recommend RIHI very highly.

The RIHI sales and service personneI are great. I had a walk in shower installation that went so smoothly I couldn't believe it . The men doing the installation worked meticulously to be sure every last detail was addressed until completion. The products are so beautiful and easy care. I know I will enjoy my walk in shower for many years.

RIHI was dependable, showed up when they said they would and the crew was very hardworking and polite. I would definitely recommend them. Anthony (Co -President) was personally involved and was extremely responsive to any questions we had.

My experience with Rhode Island Home Improvement couldn't have been better. We had our roof shingles replaced about 10 years ago by RIHI, and unfortunately we apparently got a bad batch of shingles from a shingle company from Canada. When I contacted RIHI about the problem, they were aware of the company being involved in a settlement relating to many claims of faulty shingles. I dealt with Anthony, one of the owners of RIHI, and he sent his son to look at the problem. Dealing with the actual shingle company was a lengthy process, but AJ came to our house with a drone to take the necessary photos of the roof that the shingle company required. Anthony and AJ also helped out with completing the pages of documentation required by the shingle company. Once we had reimbursement approval from the shingle company, RIHI replaced the shingles and was able to complete the job in 2 1/2 days. The men who did the work were professionals and worked quickly and cleaned up the surrounding yard each day. Again I have to say that I was completely satisfied with Rhode Island Home Improvement from the beginning of the process until the shingles were replaced.

Cleanup is critically important during and after a roofing job. RI Home Imps did a very good job with this.

They showed up when we were told they would and did a great job. I have an issue with part of my roof. They evaluated the issue and solved it. Very happy with the work.

They are not the cheapest, but are trustworthy and competent. Their crew was professional. Sebastien, the project manager was highly accountable and present- answering questions, concerns and keeping us posted on progress. He even showed us video and pictures as the project went along, since we couldn't go up to see the work. We replaced a roof in a 3-unit 1850 Victorian home- so it was a pretty huge project. All the leaks we had previously are no more. RIHI was awesome! For overwhelmingly challenging projects I'd say they are the company to go with. The roof looks great and they addressed all our concerns along the way. Even included some extra wood work at no extra charge. Although they were not the cheapest in the end I know I made the right decision as I had peace of mind that I was in good hands, which is priceless.

Quick work, and provided good customer service after the sale.

There were delays in installation due to delivery of broken fixtures. Not directly the fault of RIHI, but a significant delay in installation anyway
