Excellent! They arrived on time, worked efficiently and delivered for the quoted price and were nice to boot!

It went really well. The only problem was he was really busy, so sometimes it took longer to get him over than I would have hoped. However, to be honest, most handymen I've gotten in touch with were about the same or worse. One thing I really liked was Mike always answered the phone or got back to me if he missed my call. He and his crew were very professional, and extremely helpful, including trying to keep costs down for me the whole time. Matt, his son, was especially nice about advising me on each decision I had a question about (for example fixing a cracked tile or just filling it in), and explaining what he was doing. When it was all done their prices were quite reasonable and the work looked great. I would definitely hire him again.

Showed up without promised helper. I was forced to assist for most of his time in my home. Lost Patio Door replacement lock by dropping it in hollow door. Gouged out runner in an attempt to remove slider to retrieve hardware. Was to have replaced door lock on front door. Forgot to bring appropriate hardware. Promised to reorder hardware for patio door and install. After repeated attempts to get him to return told me " I live too far". Told him to send me the hardware for patio door. Told me couldn't find front door hardware.

I called twice when ready to hire a handyman. Left messages both times. I was not extended the courtesy of a reply.

No work was done because he never called me back.

Once again, I can not say enough about Real Handy. My parents are elderly and still live in their home. They are relatively independent, but do need help around the house. My mother worked directly with Mike, who came to the house to assess her needs. He was as usual very professional and friendly. My mother gave him the list of what she thought she needed done. He offered her advice and saved her money by advising her that a faucet did not need replacing. Just needed fixing. In addition, he bought the supplies, which is truly appreciated since they are unsure what to get. My parents were completely satisfied and will definitely call again with any needs around the house. So if you are like me, and you have elderly parents who need some help, call Mike. He can be trusted and will do a great job!!

If you are like me you have many small jobs that you can't do and need help with around the house. You want someone that you can trust to come into your home. Finally you want someone who will do a good job. That is exactly what I got from Mike and Matt from Real Handy. They were very professional. Got several jobs done in a very timely manner. They were very neat, and cleaned up after themselves. They worked around me as I worked at home, and were very nice. They are very particular in their work and even bought the materials. . I highly recommend them, and have to my family members. It was a great experience, and will not hesitate to call them again.

They were very professional, hardworking, and personable.The work was done over 3-4 days, fitting us into their schedule so that everything was done on tme as promised. On the first day, they even helped us move out several large pieces of furniture! We will definetly use them again in the future.

This was my very first experience using Angie's list and it was a bit disappointing. I reached the proprietor on my second call, after not having a call from the previous day returned. Once I described my need for some repairs to a screened porch he said he would try to make it out to look at it the following day. He did not come out that day or contact me over the next several days to reschedule. I called on the 5th day and left another message, never heard from him. In the 8 days since then I contacted a different handyman service provider who came out this morning. We agreed on a price and he said he will be back within two weeks to do the work. Things are looking up!

Estimate was reasonable. They came on time, everything was done properly. Very knowledgeable about home repairs. Came up with some solutions not thought of by my general contractor or my painter.

It went well. He was friendly, accountable, did a good job, and didn't leave a mess.

Mike and his team were extremely professional. Came out a few days in advance to repaint, clean, and regrout old storm shutters and pre-wire the garage door, and finished quickly on Saturday. Was extremely responsive every time we had a question ( and we had many being new homeowners), and was very transparent on price and services performed. I can't recommend Mike and his team enough.

Excellent! Really nice guys. Contacted me immediately and came the next day. The project took longer than they anticipated, but he was more than fair when working out the fee! Will use them again!
