Description of Work: Had clogged 2" drain pipe 50' from sink. They came quickly. Determined what the problem was. Clogged pipe in cellar most of it behind a finished wall. Very professional,knowledgeable. Most definitely would recommend and use again.

Description of Work: We called in the morning they were here in the afternoon, snaked out our drains took about an hour and a half they were great! Very professional, clean and our problem was solved, our drains have been great. We have had this done before as we have roots and older house and we are completely satisfied and will definetly use Paul Anderson again. Do not hesitate to call them. Thanks Angie's List!

+ -1 moreFantastic: panic rapidly turned to relief. Paul quickly fixed the problem by power-snaking the sewer line and replacing the drain cover. He then cleaned the trap of an upstairs sink upon request. No upsell pressure. A nice relief to have phone answered first by staff and then by owner.
Description of Work: As promised, Paul arrived within an hour of call and cleaned sewer drain- and even replaced corroded drain cover.

+ -1 moreOverall, we felt that Paul Anderson was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, persevering, and honest. We would definitely call him again and recommend him to others. Here's our story... On a Sunday afternoon, we discovered that the whole 2nd floor bathroom was overflowing and water/sewage was leaking down into the 1st floor. We called a series of repairmen who either wouldn't come out or whose prices were ridiculous. We were then given Paul Anderson's name by a friend. Once we called him, he was at our house in less than 30 minutes. He really saved the day. He assessed the situation and judged what was the most prudent first step. Instead of going to snake out the 2nd floor fixtures, he first examined the pipe going to the street. After a struggle to remove the old access cap (?), he discovered a ton of tree roots. He spent considerable amount of time with a series of snakes cleaning out the pipe. He worked efficiently but also communicated to us what he was doing and what the issues were. Once he got it cleared, we were ready to book him to replace the pipe, but he said that it didn't need it. The pipe could be maintained, rather than replaced for much less cost. For the amount of time, effort and knowledge he put into the job, we were pleasantly surprised with the cost.
Description of Work: Snaked out and cleared a pipe that went from the house to the street, clearing out debri and tree roots. Advised us on maintenance of this pipe for the future.
