+ -1 moreI ended up having to re format the computer myself. I was very pleased with the company because they were honest and really tried to fix it. They did not waste my time and were very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I was trying to use a program and the computer would not let me use it. I brought it there and they could not use the program either. They were not sure what was wrong and returned the money that I paid.

+ -1 moreTHEY DO THEIR WORK SLOWLY AND THE PRICE IS PRETTY EXPENSIVE. THEY TOLD ME THAT MY COMPUTER WAS FIXED BUT IT WASN'T. I DIDN'T FIND OUT IT WASN'T FIXED UNTIL I GOT IT HOME. I HAVE TO SAY THAT THEY ARE A DISHONEST COMPANY.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO REFORMAT AND CLEAN OUT THE HARD DRIVE.
