The door were installed. One of the doors was not properly adjusted. Called the customer service, sent another team who stated it can't be adjusted. Ended up adjusting this myself. Weather strip was not installed due to the lack of professionalism of installers. Will have to install this myself. Keypad was not installed during the installation. They sent a different team to get this installed. I would recommend to shop around before signing a contract with this company unless you want to get involved in the installation process.

He did within hour and half. He did a great job. And follow up a week after. Really good business and very knowledgeable.

Tech had to come second time to get spring measurements but the service and responsiveness were great.

Everything went well. Because some things did not fit correctly, they had to return. Each time they were prompt, professional, and helpful. They explained everything in clear terms and I am very glad that I chose them.

Overhead Garage Door temporarily fixed the spring so we could use the door,, and then several days later replaced the spring with one they custom manufactured. Nice job, pleasant to work with.

They came out when they were scheduled to do so, they finished the job promptly, and their prices are reasonable. Very satisfied. I explained the situation that I had. They came out, they looked at it, and they evaluated it. They actually pointed out a few things that was beyond repair, things for me to keep an eye on so that I could avoid future problems. So I kind of appreciated that as well.

I have used this company a few times in the past. They are responsive and reliable. The technician is knowledgeable. I had a "tune up" done on the system today, where the technician was here for about 15 minutes, which cost $99.00. I know there are coupons floating around for this service from this company, but when I asked the technician he offered nothing. $99.00 for 15 minutes of work doesn't seem right to me. I will look for a more reasonable alternative in the future.

It went great they showed up on time both days and they are very good to work with! I would highly recommend this company!

They responded quickly and I was overjoyed to see that Joyet, (finally a female contractor! Hoorey!) came to give an estimate. She arranged a worker to install the opener as soon as I hoped. They really made efforts to came the day before Christmas Eve! Den is very professional so the job was done without tears. What's more: I got 10% off for being an angieslist remember and Den offered an extra remote device! Very happy that I have chosen them! Truly appreciated! I look forward to getting another garage door and opener from this company in the near future.

We had this work done in 2016. We were very happy with the job Dan did. Today I decided to have them install another one for another garage. Then I found out that I haven't finished the previous review. So sorry. I will leave another review quickly this time. :)

They were quick. I actually called them up to fix one spring and it was broken and they said they needed to replace the other one because it wasn't working. They provided information about it and gave me an option. I think the only thing that was off-note was the professionalism in the sense that the man who came out was quiet. He just didn't talk a lot and that's not a problem; it's just sort of abrupt. It wasn't bad or creepy or anything like that; it was just like "Okay, bye".

Excellent, work done the same day I called. I was given an hour's notice that the tech was on his way. I didn't have to come home from work, they did the work without needing me there and I paid over the phone with a credit card. There is an upcharge for same day service but not that bad and totally worth it.

The price was average. They were easily available and prompt.

I had them put in my door years ago and the company must have changed ownership. It was hard for me to even contact them or get in touch with them. They eventually scheduled me with a window of 9 to 11, and I asked for a call first. He showed up 15 minutes early, and I explained I was not ready for him. He then got lippy with me over that. He ended up needing a specific part, and they scheduled me for the 5th of January. The office even left a message to confirm the time. However, he did not give me a price for the work. I called back and I said "I cannot do business with your worker. We do not get along." That was that. However, the rep I spoke with in the office was much more respectful.

I wrote a very unfavorable review regarding the Overhead Door Company last week after an initial service call. Based on the review, the owner of the company called me and wanted to have a different rep come back to finish the work and to be sure that I was completely satisfied. The work was done today to my total satisfaction. The price was very reasonable and the work was done right. I am now a great fan of the Overhead Door company. They made good on a previously bad situation. I was totally impressed that the owner took the time to call me and to be sure that he turned a bad experience into a great one. I can now enthusiastically recommend the company. They stand behind their work!

Dennis and Rick arrived on time, were courteous, professional, and tended right to the job. The new door was installed perfectly. The guys left the place clean. Very happy with the job from start to finish.

Appreciated the quick service, especially on a holiday when their competitors weren't in the office to answer the phone. Technician showed up promptly, was courteous, and repaired the problem quickly. Will likely buy a replacement door from them as well.

Installer arrived on time and proceeded to installation. All went well except for three details. 1. When he went to replace the broken spring assembly, he discovered realized that two spring replacements would be required. 2. He was supplied with one-button rather than the required two-button transmitters; which he solved by providing three-button transmitters and programming two of the three buttons. 3. The doors, which we had been assured were in good enough condition to warrant installing the operators without replacing them, are, in the installer's assessment, not. He replaced one pulley on one door, tightened all the bolts and screws and recommends replacing the doors next year. Total additional charges were only $75.00 and nothing was a show-stopper, only a surprise. I would recommend Overhead door to anyone who requires garage operator installation, repair or replacement.

What makes them a good company is they have good service and the way they deal with customers. I have had previous services with them.

The service went very well. One technician came out and completed the job in a couple hours. He did a very good job and explained how to eliminate the noise from the door. He was very helpful. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service.

I don't necessarily have anything negative to say about them at all other than the fact that my wife liked the look of a competitive door better plus the fact that they use a torsion spring as a default instead of an upgrade. I have no reason to say they would have done a bad job, but for slight reasons I chose another company. I guess they did what I needed them to do. They were a little higher than the other guy.
