Overall a very positive experience. Tony came out and priced the job (he was on time for the estimate). They assemble their own fences and the quality of the material is WAY above anything you can get at the Home Depot or Lowe's (of course you pay for this). The material they use is Canadian white cedar. We went the extra way and got the #1 grade. Worth the price (in my opinion): high quality lumber, smooth finish, thick grade. OK's price was right in the middle of the pack; I got several quotes and there were minimal differences. Basically, I think you are paying mostly for the quality of the wood being used. Most importantly, I was also very pleased with the installation. We had 2 major problems: 1) our neighbors had a wild jungle pressing against the old fence from their side; 2) we had planted quite a few valuable plants close to the fence on our side. As the Navy Seals would say: this job needed surgical precision. I stayed home and worked with the crew, taking the brunt of clearing the brush on our neighbor's side. They were not only very courteous, but really careful. The foreman was a real sweetheart, and he clearly knew what he was doing with the fence. It was kind of a joke, seeing an old man like me (huffing and sweating) with 3 young guys in their 20-30's. The end product was amazing, I don't think they broke a single plant (maybe a few stalks on a fern). My wife was amazed. I would definitely recommend this company: great product, fair price, and wonderful service.

I think it was a little high for the amount of labor he was putting in.

Tony was very prompt and professional when he came to do my estimate. I specifically wanted to erect used, weathered fencing behind my shed so that it would match the existing fences going along the side and back of my property. He gave me two estimates, one for new fencing and one for used, just so I could compare the prices. Approximately four weeks later, his crew came to set all the posts in concrete. This was not an easy job because there is a lot of rock in my yard, but they worked around it beautifully. They were very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Five days later they came and erected the used fencing. It almost matches what has been there for over ten years, and that's exactly the effect I wanted. They did a wonderful job and I am very happy with the results.

It went extremely well. We checked Angie's List to get the provider. After calling about what we wanted to do, the provider's owner came within the same week (at our convenience) to take measurements of the work area. Within a week or less, we were emailed a very clear, detailed diagram and mapping-out of what we wanted done, as well as the specifications and price. The plan was neatly and concisely displayed on the estimate and the materials to be used and exact measurements were shown. There was no ambiguity to in the estimate even though the provider gladly welcomed any changes, questions, and ideas about the estimate. We were very happy with the nature of the decision-making process, as to whether to hire this provider. We had ample and reasonable time to decide about the plan. When we called back to move forward, the provider gave us a definite time frame and outlook as to when and how the work would done (it was a weather-permitting job). The employees came, did the work, and were very congenial. We did not have to be home for them to do the work, which was very convenient. Needless to say, we are very happy with the work and would go with this provider again and recommend them to others.

Outstanding from start to finish. Tony responded quickly,very knowledgeable and made good suggestions on replacing the existing fence. Price was far below 2 other estimates. The work crew of Joe and Kyle were terrific. They showed up on time, worked well together, removed the existing old fence in one day and returned the next 3 days to install the new fence. Very polite, professional, cleaned up well and accomodated all my requests. I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely hire them again. In fact, I am referring a relative in need of fencing now.

Fast, courteous, professioal, and clean removal and installation. Completely done in a day and a half. Beautiful solid fence and gates.

Excellent from start to finish. Installers were patient and did their best to accommodate my needs, which required them to move 2 posts and lower several sections of the fence. They worked in the rain. They made sure I was completely satisfied before they asked me to pay the remainder of my bill. I found OK Fence to be one of the most professional companies with which I have ever done business.

He was professional and punctual. He responded to my inquiry the same day and returned follow up emails with in a few hours. We had a meeting scheduled for him to look at the property, and even though he was running just 10 minutes behind gave me a call to let me know he would be a few minutes late. I appreciated that. Our fence looks great! Exactly what we wanted (he showed us many different ideas) and the cost was right on budget. They cleaned up everything and made it look like they were never here. The arrived on schedule.

They have always done very well. They are very good people.

This was the most professional experience I have ever had with a company. To start with Tony immediately responded to my message and set up an appointment. He arrived to the appointment on time and met with us on a Saturday. This was very much appreciated due to a difficult work schedule we have. He reviewed the plans and informed us a proposal would be sent out Monday or Tuesday. True to his word the proposal arrived. We sent a deposit and were scheduled for April 25. Now you can see that I am writing this review early. That is because this amazing company came early to complete the job. We were unable to be here while the fence was installed. It was not necessary for us to be present because they did an awesome and amazing job. We had one problem with dirt in the wrong place and they arrived the next morning to move it. I can't speak highly enough for Tony and this company. We highly recommend this company. The biggest problem we have is they have set the bar very high for anyone else we hire from Angie's List. This company alone makes it worthwhile we have joined Angie's List.

Our experience with OK Fence was excellent from beginning to end. For starters, OK Fence was one of the few companies willing to even come out to our house for an estimate in the snow and cold of late winter. Tony (the owner) was helpful and courteous from the first visit and throughout the entire process. He was great at providing guidance and a clear set of options without being pushy at all. Tony responded promptly and honestly to all of our questions and was willing to work with us to accommodate our site-specific needs. In addition to the initial estimating visits, Tony also came by to inspect the fence during and after installation. We had expected our fence installation date to get pushed due to a late spring and other site preparation we wanted to complete prior to starting work. However, Tony worked with us to make sure our fence was ready to install on the first day of the original construction window he had provided. The fence installation team was polite and professional at all times, even under adverse weather conditions on the first day of the job. The crew foreman walked us through the job before starting to make sure we were all on the same page. He also checked to make sure the proposed material lay-down areas were acceptable to us. During the course of work, the installation team was more than willing to make a few minor adjustments to ensure the appearance and function of our fence was in line with what we wanted. At the end of the installation process, the crew foreman did a final walk through with us to make sure we were satisfied. The entire project was completed in three consecutive days, minimizing the amount of time we were without a fence. Furthermore, it was clear that the installation crew had been very careful to minimize disturbance to our existing landscaping during installation. We were impressed. All in all, OK Fence provided the most useful recommendations, fastest response time and best pricing of the fence installation firms we interviewed. The appearance of the fence and quality of the installation are excellent.

Professionally done, the work was solid and done with class. I got my quote from Tony in the Fall, compared to other quotes was fair and the same as others, but ultimately the large amount of positive reviews on Angie's List led to my decision to use OK. They came on Tuesday to install holes, cement and posts and then finished on Thursday. I was not home during the time work was done but my wife commente dto me how nice all the employees were and accomendating to her questions and concerns. To me that is class and I would recommend OK fence to anyone. By the way Angie's list offers a 5% discount coupon, I completely forgot about it, but no worries the professional job they did was better to receive than a discount.

They left no sign that they had even been there-very neat. GREAT JOB

Tony was there for every step of the process. From the original phone calls, the deciding between the options, the pricing and the installation, he was always a phone call or email away. Every step was explained, made clear. Every deadline was met. His staff are hard working and friendly. And I could not be happier with the finished product. It has exceeded any expectations I had - and mine were high! I cannot imagine ever working with another fence company. As a matter of fact we have already scheduled time in the spring to do my backyard!

They installed cedar stockage fencing. The work was done efficiently and as planned. I appreciated their recommendation to use grade 2 cedar for this project as it would look nice and save me some money.

Tony came out and looked at the fence, gave me an estimate that he stuck to, and arranged to first have the old fence taken down. This was originally over the week of Thanksgiving so I really appreciated the fact that he was able to act so quickly. We then coordinated about installation since I was away on business and we had to work around snowy weather. But, his crew showed up on the day Tony said they would come and did a fine job. The head of his crew - a young man whose name I don't know - is great. He tore down the fence and was there also for installation. He responds to questions, is polite, the crew cleaned up after themselves and did a nice job. There was a small glitch at the end but it got fixed within 2 days time. Tony kept in touch throughout the process and is terrific to work with. He's professional and makes sure that you know what is going on. In this day when so many companies don't have good service, it's nice to work with someone who sticks to his quotes, does the work asked for, stays and touch, and does good work.

Tony responded to the request for a quote very promptly, showed me all the issues involved, explained why things did not work and gave a quote both verbally and in writing. The issues were on 2 seperate properties. The fence that was installed by a different company did not have cement at the base of the columns as they should have had, his crew had to dismantle the fence and do the job correctly with cement, then reinstall the fence. The gates did not work correctly for the same reason, they were dismantled, fixed correctly and reinstalled., Now the fence panels don't sag, the gates work like a charm and I am not worried that the fence will blow over in a wind storm. I am so glad to have had the work done before the bad weather as I am certain that if it were not done, I would had a fence on the ground by this time. Tony and his crew did great work in a timely fashion. I am completely happy with the job and would hire OK Fence again in a heartbeat.

From the estimate (meticulously performed by Tony himself) through the completion of the work, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail and good old fashioned friendliness displayed by Tony and his crew - these are professionals who clearly take pride in their work and as a bonus are terrific to deal with. The quality of the work was even better than I expected given the age of the original fencing and we couldn't be happier with the results. In fact, we were so pleased that I've asked Tony to provide an estimate on some additional work. The price was very reasonable and the clean-up was completed as Tony and I originally discussed. Bottom line, if you're in need of new fence installation work or repairs to existing fencing, you definitely owe it to yourself to give Tony a call - you will not be disappointed.

After receiving three quotes on the fence install we choose OK Fence. They were the low bid and came recommended by our drain layer. All work was completed when scheduled and in a professional manner. We are very happy with their workmanship and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend.

I am more than happy with my new fence. Tony was very professional and responsive to my questions. He arrived with a portfolio to give me some ideas -- and after I made a decision -- he made sure I got the fence I wanted. The materials are top quality, the installation is perfect, and the fence is gorgeous. Tony even took extra time to build me a custom gate that pulled it all together. He takes pride in his work and his creativity, I cannot recommend him enough. Several of my neighbors have already asked for his name and I proudly gave it to them. I still have one section of fence that will need to be replaced. I will not hesitate to hire OK Fence again.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AT MY HOUSE IN FALMOUTH, MA. I ASKED THREE CONTRACTORS TO BID. ONE NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP. OK WAS ~ 15% LESS THAN THE OTHER GUY WHO DID SHOW UP. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME. HE FINISHED ON TIME. HE LEFT THE SITE CLEAN WITH NO DEBRIS. AND HIS FINAL BILL WAS EXACTLY WHAT HE SAD IT WOULD BE.

Everything went very smooth. Great communication from price quote to job completion. Very good quality. Would use again.
