It went very well. The installers were punctual, friendly, and very professional. My husband and I are very particular and they met our expectations. They truly did a flawless job. We are very pleased and would highly recommend OK Fence Co to anyone.

I am so pleased with the installation and look of my new fence. When the estimator came, he was prompt, friendly, and had some great suggestions for me after scoping out my yard; helpful both to achieving the look I wanted and to my pocketbook. I'm really glad I went with his suggestions! Joe and his crew who installed my fence were excellent, I'm reallly happy with the look of it!! Overall, OK Fence took good care of me, they were realistic with their timeline and I felt good about the project beginning to end. I'd highly recommend!

I loved working with this company. From the very beginning (price estimate to completion) they were clear with communication, responsive, and professional. The price estimate was accurate, no surprises at the end. The estimate of how long the project would take was accurate, and once they started the project, they worked to get it done in a timely manner. They let me know when they were coming in advance so I could plan around it. They listened to exactly what I needed and asked for and delivered exceptionally. We had another project that ended up costing more than we had anticipated so we can not do the fence this year but the quote was very reasonable and Tony was a super nice guy. We will absolutely use him when we go forward with the project.

We had to wait a long time for installation. Fence was installed according to specifications and drawings. Installers were good workers, polite and left the yard clean. My problem is that the installed scratched the finish on the fence on the pole surfaces. The fence looked old on installation! It has bothered me since then. This Spring, I am noticing some small spots are rusting. I am not happy as I paid for a decorative fence which would last a long time while looking good. The management never called about the service or inspected the work done by the team.

Everything went exactly as expected based on previous reviews. Called Tony for a meeting to go over the details and received a quote the next day as I was going to be traveling within the next 2 days. I accepted the terms immediately and was informed they were booking about 1 month out. The day before the project was going to begin, which was about 4 weeks from the first meeting, Tony called to inform us of the time they would be showing up to commence work. The next day his crew showed up as scheduled and began work immediately. Tony was back and forth between my house and another project right down the street, not that his crew needed supervision, but the impression is what you would expect from an owner that cares. They worked until about 4pm and returned the next morning about 8am to finish hanging the gates, installing the last panels and add the finishing touches (fill in holes, clean up debris etc.). They were finished by about 10am.

They were very professional and consulted with us when they had decisions to make on the job.

Tony was prompt to call to arrange the estimate and patient in answering all my questions. He provided a detailed estmate, Jessica responded with detailed emails, job started right on time by Joe and Mark who were professional and did a great job and left the work area completely clean of all debris.

He was really friendly and easy to work with. The privacy fence was meant to keep our son with special needs from wandering. However he is older and has not left the property. Our son mentioned he did not want a fence and he knows not to wander. I explained this to Tony and he was very understsnding. If we need to get the fence we will definitely go with OK Fence.

We solicited four different estimates. OK Fence wasn't the absolute cheapest, but was competitive and within range of the other estimates. The owner of the company came out to do the estimate and the final work matched the price. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We bought a vinyl fence, which is guaranteed as long as we own the house. All of the fence companies we contacted seemed to offer the same basic products. The only part of the process that was a little frustrating was the time windows they gave us for the install. They gave us a week that they would come to do the work, but only called to let us know when they would be there the day before they arrived. If you need to plan to be home to supervise, this could be a downside. They also had to return after a few days to hang the gates to allow the concrete to dry, which was expected but I had to call to determine exactly when they'd be back to make sure someone was home. Once we knew what days they were coming, they were punctual on that day and completed the work efficiently. They didn't make a mess around the house and worked with me to clarify details and answer all of my questions. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Great, the fence looks fantastic! Wood looks good, gates look good, and I have had multiple compliments from the neighborhood.

The post for both gates didn't need replacing. One of the gates came out great and works well and looks good too. However the larger of the two gates ended up not being functional and pieces of the fence gate broke after only a couple of uses. In turn making it so i don't use that gate anymore. Also the price was ridiculous in addition i had to provide them with my own fencing. Also i waited over 3 months for the install and after a lot of persistent calling. The day of the install 4-5 guys showed up for two gates which they fabricate in there work shop. I guess they all either need something to do or was helping one another learn how to take measurements. Craziness... Hopefully they one day fix the large fence and make it right.

The scheduling team did a great job fitting me in during there busy time of year so I did't have to wait till an open reserved date. Also they were extremely responsive to email and answered questions with professionalism and speed. The day of the install the two gentlemen showed up on time, completed work and explained how work was going to be completed. As well as cleaned up after themselves. In addition they gave me extra care advise to use to make my gates and fence last as long as possible. Great work, their reputation is spot on!! Amazing Job couldn't be happier.

We wanted a fence to keep our two little dogs in the garden. The whole job was excellent. Tony (the owner) came to measure up our garden space. We found him to be a very friendly and experienced person. His workers who put up the fence were great too. They were professional and polite and worked very hard indeed. They all seemed to enjoy their work and I noticed how much effort they took to get all the details right. They left the place looking clean. We're happy with the fence and, of course, so are our dogs!

Great and very professional work. Tony came in for estimate, gave discount without even asking. Scheduled the work date. Took couple of days to get the work done. I had to be home just the first day to begin the work. They cleaned up after work. I am very satisfied with their work and will definitely use OK Fence again.

Called for a quote late last season. The owner came out and took a look and gave me a lot of ideas. Let me know in advanced that they were very busy and work could not begin for at least 6-8 weeks. This was fine with me since we wanted to do the work in the spring anyway. After that, a couple of weeks went by with no quotes. Took many calls/emails to finally get a quote. The quotes were detailed and reasonably priced. I would have looked elsewhere after the quoting process, but based on the reviews I decided to stick with them. Called them in March to schedule the work. Said it would be 5-6 weeks. They arrived within the 5-6 week window. Their foreman came out the day before the work to take measurements and look at the work. The next morning he fabricated the gate to match the old one in their shop and came to install. He did an excellent job. Can tell he is a perfectionist. The gate was built perfectly, matches the old one very well and the gate latches were aligned perfectly. I am very picky and it's rare for an installer to impress me. Overall, I highly recommend them. Just know that it won't be done quickly, and you will likely have to keep on them to get a quote.

I called to schedule an estimate. They called me back and set up an appointment for 4/16. No one came nor did I get a call back when I left a message asking if they were coming.

We at first wanted to fence all but the rear of the property that abuts a salt water cove, thinking that the dog would not venture into the cove mud and and sea grass. Well we were wrong. We needed to have the OK folks come back and complete the enclosure a few months later. OK was spot on with their schedule dates and worked right to the quoted estimate. The fence included the building of three gates. The owner, Tony Kinsella was a delight to work with. He quoted the job with a formal estimate in just one day, arrived with his crew to set up the job and followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied. His crew were both professional and efficient. By the way, we had three quotes for this work, and OK gave us the best price. We checked references on Angie's list and felt confident that we had made the right choice. Strongly recommend.
