It is clear his vast experience has served him well. He pays attention to detail, and makes suggestions for solving challenging remodeling issues/problems. Ultimately, his goal is always to please his customer.
Description of Work: Mike Pare added a beautiful bathroom, enlarged another, completely renovated our kitchen, and did a lot of exterior work, including a new roof. All to our complete satisfaction.

 + 0 moreMike worked with me to get the proper permits. He arrived on time, provided a detailed quote within a week, and finished the job in 2 days. He explained the process. I would rate everything an "A" except the cleanup, which would be a "B", as there were some mortar stains left on the driveway, which I was able to remove with a stiff brush. Overall I was very happy and I would hire him again.
Description of Work: Mike assessed damaged from termites and replaced about 10' of sill plate, requiring him to support the house, remove siding, remove the damaged piece, and replace with new material.

 + 1 moreHe was professional, courteous, considerate of cleanliness as he worked, and responsive to me as a customer. Most important, I trusted him in my house and with my animals. He was also creative as he worked and made adjustments/enhancements along the way. I would recommend him ! And yes, i plan on using him again for future jobs.
Description of Work: I have contracted with Mike for a couple different jobs around the house; the major renovation was a bathroom last year. He also created a wonderful cat condo for my ferals outside underneath my deck!
