Inspection was scheduled to meet house sale closing time table. Pumping was, also, scheduled for a convenient day and time. Workers showed up on time and did the work in a professional manner with minimal damage to yard.

Everything went well. Price was less than originally quoted due to tank size being smaller than we thought

Secretary called 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and said, "He got caught up this morning.." and, to boot, "..you're probably going to need a licensed plumber to put the water meter in.." He couldn't do it anyways.

They provided a detailed estimate and once contracted, started the design and approval process. Once approved, they came in and politely, carefully, and thoughtfully created their access to the work site. They worked quietly and with great energy every day, always checking in at the start and end of the day to let us know their plan for the day and then what they got done in the day, and what was next. An absolute top-notch professional job, executed by some of the nicest and thoughtful workers I have worked with. I can't grade them highly enough!!

Excellent service! Guys showed up early, were all very friendly, and did an excellent job! They showed me what they were doing, asked a few simple questions and were in and out for the whole job in less than 6 hours. Would definitely recommend if you need to hook up to city sewers!

The technicians were on time and very kind and professional. The work required drilling a new hole in the foundation and excavating a trench for a new sewer line. They were careful about minimizing damage to the lawn. They worked fast, but were meticulous about the work performed. I would absolutely use them again.

Michael Perri and Sons were out within a day or two to give me an estimate. A week later they came out, emptied the tank and made the repairs. I was afraid I had a $10,000 problem. I wad delighted with the timely response, quality work and professionalism of Michael Perri and Son.

Michael Perri and Sons were recommended to us by neighbors. We needed our water pipe replaced from the street to the house. A major concern was disturbing a 100 yr old stone wall.The crew worked diligently in wet weather, digging a huge trench,but somehow managing to go under the stone wall. They returned the next day to fill the trench with fresh, dry fill. They did a wonderful job and the price was lower than 3 other companies.

Called Mike Perri, because of reviews on Angie's list, to come out and look at a small sink hole near the side of our house probably caused by a broken sewer pipe. An appointment was made for him to come out to the house. The appointment was kept by someone not from Mike Perri and Sons. The new contractor was explained that Mike Perri was not available, and he would be able to do the work. The contractor did not bring his camera to see the scope of the work, but felt it could be anywhere from $400 to $4000. I was taken aback by the arrival of the new contractor, so I called Mike Perri and Sons, and they explained that they have worked with the new contractor in the past and it would be fine. The men came to work the next day as promised. There were 5 men who worked quickly and dug down about 4 feet under the brick patio. They had to go out about 6 feet. The total job to remove broken pipes and replace broken pipe and replace the bricks took approximately 3 hours. The price was $1995, which I think is excessive. While I think the job was well done, I am uncomfortable with the feeling of and quot;bait and switchand quot; and the inability to give a more accurate estimate because the new contractor was unprepared without his camera. At this point, I cannot recommend Mike Perri and Sons with any great level of confidence.

Arrived on time with a team of workers. Got right to work and worked hard through the day without any snags. Did a great job repairing where they could and replacing where they needed to. I was impressed that they completed the job all in one day. I would hire them again in the future.

It went ok. They showed up in their timeframe and preformed the job. They did not go above and beyond with any of my questions and if some service was cheaper I would go with them.

The job went well except for the price charged. The service technician was helpful with tips to keep the septic system clean. Again, just didn't like the price charged when I I paid $140.00 less two years ago with a different company.

They gave the price over the phone and when they come out they changed the price. They quoted $245 and it was gonig to be almost twice as much. I argued with them about that and then finally gave them an additional $55. I had told them I had two tanks. The guy who did the work did a really good jobs.

Went great. They arrived promptly. Made sure to knock and be allowed in each time (relatively few times they had to enter). Was rainy outside, no tracks brought in. Let us know they were gone. Very nice guys.

they were ready to start in a few days, but problems with permit applications delayed their start. after permits were in hand, they started within a few days. the job itself went smoothly, quickly, and professionally. they are a family-run business and were a pleasure to deal with.

I have to say that I was impressed with Michael Perri and Sons at first. I had called them at 8:00pm and expected to leave a message on their voicemail, but someone actually answered the call. We setup a time for someone to come to my home to look at a sinkhole created by an abandoned cesspool. I wanted them to assess it and have it filled in. I was told on the phone that it would be no problem and that the company has done this type of work before. They were supposed to be here on Saturday between 8:00 and 11:00am. At 11:01, I called them because no one had shown up. The woman who answered the phone gave a quick reply saying that they had nothing scheduled for me. I was pretty sure this was the same person I spoke with originally. She told me that the woman who probably took my call had left the company. I decided to give them a second chance. I set something up for Monday morning at 9:30am. Because of the inconvenience, I had to reschedule an appointment at work. I got a call Monday morning at about 8:30, saying that they would not be coming to my home because it was too far. Warwick to Barrington might take 30 minutes. I guess 30 minutes is too far. They also gave me a few names of other companies. I was very disappointed in their service. They knew the address from the start and instead of wasting my time, I wish they had the courtesy to tell me when I called to schedule and reschedule.

I found them through Angie's List. If I call and leave a message, they respond within a matter of minutes. If I need somebody like I did yesterday because my septic system is apparently filled up with me no having any electric for 4 days, they came out within a few hours and pumped me out. They have always been responsive to my call, so I have been using them. They show up about when they say they will show up. They seem to do a pretty complete job of pumping out my tanks. I have never replaced my tanks because they are relatively stable over the last few years.

I received the estimate by email, and I responded to the email with two questions. The provider never responded to my questions, so I chose another company.

Pump out went great--technician was professional and did a more thorough job than previous contractor. Pricing was also lower than previous contractor. A different technician arrived first to eval the need for replacing one of the systems. He mistakenly ID'd the system as a tank instead of a galley based on the hatch appearance (he didn't open the hatch) and said there was no need to replace it. The tech who did the pump out spotted the error and put me in touch w/the evaluating tech, who then provided an assessment and cost estimate. Although the evaluating tech made a mistake, I give him credit for being honest and erring on the side of not trying to sell me something. Having had people try to sell me stuff I don't need, I always find it refreshing to have someone tell me I don't need to pay him for something when he has the advantage of expertise and could use it against me.

They do a fine job. I have a complicated system, since I live near the water. They know enough about it that they came come out and pump it out for me. They are prompt, and they do a good job. They have been pumping out my system for about four or five years. I'm very happy with them. The price is good, but it isn't great. They send people out pretty quick. They are usually here within a few minutes of when they say they are going to be here.
