I have NEVER worked with a better company. John & Janine were so helpful in planning & completing my project. I've had a roof leak for over a year, no other company could/would do the project, but John and his crew were able to get it done. They were professional and the work they did was perfect. They were on time, on budget & left everything clean! There was constant communication, and they went over and above to help make sure my coordinating projects were completed, along with the roofing. I will absolutely use Miceli Roofing again for future projects!

I had the owner come by to look at a potential repair job. I received a quote that I had some issues with. It was not inclusive of the work I had requested, and it didn't break out hours or costs. After I asked to have the quote redone, I never heard from the company again, after multiple phone calls and emails. If not interested, they should simply have said so.

Had an appointment, no one showed up. Called three times after that, first time woman said she would contact him, never heard back. Left two messages following week, no one returned calls.

Went just fine. Very professional. No problems.

Roof was inspected and fitting around a pipe was fixed.

Poorly, no one showed up. When I called the office I got a not very helpful office administrator. The owner called back to the wrong number and when given the correct number did not return my call. All tolled, I called them five times and received no useful response. If they don't show up and they don't call back then I don't want to do business with them. I want a refund on my purchase.

There were two missed appointments which I waited for. When they came for the third one they came early because they were afraid it might rain. Once they came, two men were thorough, willing and professional.

He found the source of two minor leaks and assures us that it is fixed.

The service was fine. It was good. They were professional and responsive, and the price was reasonable.

It went well. They did the job, just waiting for their warranty to cover work done.

I found the estimate price high compared to other estimates.

I setup a date and time to have it done. Then no one got back to me, when I called and left several voicemails, but calls were left unresponsive for quite sometime. Only to then be told the job was done, when it ultimately wasn't done and that he would have someone at their earliest convenience come and take care of it. then a couple days later he called and confirmed it was done. My roof is old and I was expecting a detailed explanation of what was done and what was wrong. He said nothing was wrong and tey sealed a couple of spots. To me it was a waste of money and it was poor service that I received. The guy on the phone was nice, but the whole service was just very poor across the board.

The man came out, and basically just gave me an estimate. He was there for less than a half hour. He didn't do and left with giving me the impression that he would be back to do work. I watched him the whole time while he was on the roof. About a week later, he sent me an estimate for 7K to replace my whole roof? I feel that my money was wasted and he didn't honor the deal.

John was very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided great advice and conducted our roof inspection in a timely manner.

Mr. Micelli, the contractor visited my home and I brought to his attention the area that I wanted the work done to. He said he would send his crew that afternoon to take care of it. (That he did!)

This service was a complete rip-off from the beginning. Service provider sent message that he would call me last Saturday December 26th to set up a time to come out. He never called so I called him and was told he would call me Monday morning. Again no call and finally Angies list complaint service got him to call me on Tuesday. When he finally called he said he would call me before coming out on Wednesday to do the job. Again he never called but just showed up. He and another person went up on the roof for 15 minutes did some minor caulking and found missing shingle that was the full extent of his work. He said he would return the next day and replace missing shingle and finish the job. He never showed up and never returned my calls. He couldn't even give me the square of my roof when I asked him for it. I Don't know how Angies list qualified this vendor but I got nothing that the $149.00 package called for except some minor caulking that I could have done. I will be calling a reputable roofing company to do the work instead.

I had my whole roof done, less than a year ago, and it was $5000. They wanted $1500, just to do the leaks and what not. I thought the price was high. I've compared it with other people and it is high. I asked him if I could have a written gist on what they were going to do. They told me what they were going to do, but they didn't detail it. So, if something came up that wasn't done right or wasn't done the way I wanted it, I had no recourse because they never told me exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They could lower the price.

The offer was for inspection and minor repairs. I have one shingle displaced that needs to be nailed down or replaced. I consider that a minor repair . He said that would cost an additional $200. At this point I dismissed him because he was not willing to fulfill the agreement

It went very well . Everything was done in one day. They clean up after the work was done.

Excellent quality work was performed and guaranteed in addition to manufacturer's warranty. Sometimes difficult to reach John Miceli by phone; getting paperwork required some reminding. In spite of this, would recommend highly.

Cleared up to 3 feet of snow from roofs. Very professional. Answered all my questions and concerns. Will return in Spring to ensure no problems with roofs.

The owner was very pleasant. They did an okay job, but had to come back twice. They said the problem was nothing that they had caused. We had a flood and it leaked in the same place. We had two roofers come out and they couldn’t find out where the leak was coming from. That is the only connection I have with them. They were fairly priced. We had gotten other estimates too, and they were in the middle.
