+ -1 moreRoof had a 12 yr. warranty and started leeking in the 9th yr. When we contacted Weisman Roofing they were non responsive and "not responsible". The warranty dept. at the roof mfg.CertainTeed traced the leaks to: "Roof area is lower than the surrounding areas allowing water to pond, During the winter freeze cycle expansion of the ice present exereted presure on the metal edge causing sseperation of the membrane. Since the problem has been caused by a lack of drainage in the area, it is not covered by the warranty." We felt that Weisman having done the installation were responsible for see that drainage was up to spec so that the roof would not fail.
Description of Work: Replaced roof on our commercial building.

+ -1 moreCalled several other companies with no return calls when promised. Weisman Roofing called, very professional person on phone helped walk my wife through appointments. Repairman came within a few days, set up ladders quickly and quietly. Saw the problem was near chimney and repaired with caulking, shingles and flashing.
Description of Work: Had a roof leak in 2nd floor of old house. Roof was only about 6 years old. Weisman Roofing called and came within a few days. Saw the problem was near chimney and repaired with caulking, shingles and flashing. No leak during the recent 3 driving rain storms in December.

+ -1 moreNeedless to say, if a company can't keep the first appointment, don't get involved with them.
Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment to meet with the sales rep to get an estimate to have my roof replaced. He never showed, nor called to say he would not be coming. When I called to inquire if he was planning to show up, it was curt and discourteous.
