Added a full bathroom, remodeled the bar area, replaced lighting and skylights, installed new carpeting, installed large flatscreen TV, remodeled the loft area with a rolling library ladder.

+ 0 moreLuiz is a very talented contractor. His work is impeccable and the attention to detail shows in both of our bathrooms. Luiz put in new tile flooring, new toilet, new vanity, and all new fixtures (light, faucet, etc.) in our kids's bathroom. He also painted the walls and ceiling. In our master bathroom, he removed the tub, put in a the most beautiful marble shower with recessed shelving, added a 2nd overhead shower head, recessed light in the shower, put in all new marble flooring, new vanity, toilet, fixtures, and most importantly- he treated the mold that was growing. Luiz was very professional, kind, and honest. His work takes time, but perfection requires care and thought. You will not be disappointed!

Description of Work: I have hired Luiz on 3 different occasions. Two were for bathroom remodels and the third was a dining room ceiling that suffered a large leak. He repaired the leak and gave me a new ceiling.
