It was a great experience. Jonathon was able to provide an affordable solution to an AC condenser for our guest suite which needed to be replaced but is only used with guests from time to time. He great to work with. The install and set up went fine and we are really happy with the work. Would highly recommend!

We discussed the issue with my furnace, on the phone and set up a convenient time for him to come by. He diagnosed the problem and reviewed with me the best course of action. Within an hour he sent me a competitive quote. He worked around my schedule. He replaced my old furnace with a superior product; had me up and running in a timely manner. He did all the work himself, from start to finish, he registered my new furnace for warranty, and even provided a dozen filters. Also, he guarantees his work for one year. Jonathan goes above and beyond. I will definitely use Kent County Mechanical again and would highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Jonathan was great! We had problems with what turned out to be an inefficient pump that wasn’t able to thoroughly circulate hot water through our home. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the pump within a few hours. He’s very friendly and we were completely satisfied with everything. The price was fair and we are so happy going into the winter with a home that is comfortably heated throughout the house.

If you are looking for quality work at a fair price, this place is it. I’ve previously used other big companies before and they were unreliable and charged thousands. Jon is super reliable and great at what he does. I recently moved into a 3300 sq ft home with a ton of issues, and Jon got us up and running right away. He responds quickly and works with you to get a convenient appointment time. Ri energy messed with one of our burners recently after replacing gas mains and inn this 30 degree weather, we had no heat. They couldn’t figure out the issue after coming over twice. Jon quickly responded to my emergency call and was able to diagnose and fix the issue immediately. If you want someone you can trust, call Kent County.
