Description of Work: I had Jon Locks install 3 deadbolt locks...one of which had to be drilled through the door from scratch. Plus, they also had to make 10 keys from one master.

Description of Work: I had Jons Locks review our front door lock, which is an older style deadbolt that we have trouble unlocking from the outside. He reviewed the lock, explained some basics, and gave us a couple of options with budgetary pricing. It was just the type of information we needed. We decided not to do anything at this time, but at least we now know what is involved.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's list deal for $29 for a security check. Jon called me in less than a minute from my purchasing the special. He was able to come later that day to do the security check. My home is almost 100 years old and the skeleton key lock to my basement had been stuck in the open position for months. Luckily the door was not closed when this happened, but it meant using a towel to keep the door closed. For an additional $25 Jon fixed the lock for me. His high school aged son was with him and I loved watching their interaction while they discussed the basement door lock. Jon asked for and took seriously suggestions made by his son. It was a great learning experience taught by an excellent teacher. As a former teacher I know good teaching when I see it! I would not hesitate to use Jons Locks Inc for any future lock issues.
