+ 3 moreI had been wanting to remodel the bathroom in my house for a long time, and when I was finally able to do it, I wanted to make sure the person I hired was reputable. I had shopped around, and found Jon’s quote was very fair for the work I was having done, so I went with him... and I couldn’t be happier! The bathroom had ugly tile on the walls, so he had to replace all of the sheetrock, along with removing the toilet/tub/vanity, as well as redoing the floor. His work was clean, and the quality is fantastic. I would definitely hire him again!!

+ 1 moreA two week project ended up taking seven weeks due to a lack of punctuality and care. Additionally John used the wrong installation materials (tile adhesive) in the bathroom and the tile did not stick in the shower. He had to completely redo the shower floors. He then went on to use the same installation materials (tile adhesive) on the bathroom floor and the tiles move up and down causing the grout to continually crack. When I reached out to John to remedy the situation he denied responsibility and tried to blame the issue on the radiant heated flooring. All of the tile and materials I provided are compatible with radiant flooring. Even after providing him the information proving this he denies responsibility. I am filing a lawsuit.

+ -1 moreJon arrived on time and spent several hours at my house completing the job. His poor workmanship and quality of work showed afterwards.
Description of Work: I hired Jon to patch up a small leak in my garage roof, put a drywall ceiling up, and install a window. The jobs overall looked good but when it soon rained I noticed the leak wasn't patched and the new ceiling was ruined from water damage. Also, rain was leaking from the window. I tried to contact him several times, left voice mails, and no response. I am so disappointed in his work and efforts to fix the situation.
