 + -1 moreTHEY INSTALLED MY CARPET AND THEY DID A EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT GETTING FRUSTRATED AND I FELT COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE HAVING THEM IN MY HOME.

 + -1 moreI THOUGHT THAT THE PEOPLE FROM HOME DEPOT WERE VERY RESPECTFUL IN MY HOME. THEY WORKED WITH ME TO GET THE CARPET INSTALLED. THEY ALSO MADE SURE TO CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY WOULD BE COMING.

 + -1 moreTHEY SENT A COMPANY TO MEASURE AND I HAD TO WAIT SEVEN WEEKS JUST FOR THEM TO RETURN WITH THE WRONG SIZE OF CARPET. THEY DID GET THE SIZE RIGHT AFTER TWO MORE VISITS TO MEASURE THE SPACE, BUT I FEEL THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS A HUGE HASSLE.
Description of Work: I HAD THIS COMPANY INSTALL CARPET IN FOUR LARGE ROOMS.

 + 1 moreWE WERE MOSTLY HAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT THE WORKER THEY SENT OUT DID. THE BATHROOM LOOKS NICE AND WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE TILE. I DID HAVE TO TELL THEM THREE TIMES HOW I WANTED THE JOB DONE, THOUGH.
