+ -1 moreMy wife and I bought a home with a large 9?x14? front window that was in need of window treatments. After consulting with other companies, which overwhelmed us with various options, we called Harris Blinds and Shutters, Harris visited us personally, he went through all the pros and cons of the various designs on the market. He recommended the Hunter Douglas Luminette?s for our window due to its size. We were very pleased with his recommendation; the blinds matched and enhanced our home?s décor and functioned as desired. The price was also lower than all his competitors. The delivery was on time and the installation went great. After approximately 4 years the gear housing on the track that rotated the blinds failed. After contacting Harris they came out right away to inspect the failure, which was the plastic hub that held the gear. They ordered a new part right away and replaced it to our delight. Due to their great service all around, sales, installation and follow up service, I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
