Description of Work: After buying an acer laptop extenza the computer died I took it back within 2 weeks they said it was repaired it was not it came back without an operating system I had to call acer and got the disks at the costy of 29.95 with shipping, I got it running and have not had a problem since them. The reason I will never shop at BEST BUY is that without permission they sent my hard drive some where Because they called and offered to retieve any data I might have on the hard drive, when I questioned the person on the phone who gave them my hard drive they hung up, I called BEST BUY and was stone walled no one knew what happened. Iwas lucky my computer was only 2 weeks old and ther was not any real information on my finances.

+ -1 moreTotal nightmare. No satisfaction from the store managers.
Description of Work: Store advertised a computer for sale. When I went to the store on the first day I was told there was none in stock. The store would not offer a rain check stating "limited quantities". This was not an isolated incident. The same thing happened with a dryer that was advertised. In both instances the store tried to sell me a more expensive model. Definitely the old Bait and Switch method of luring in customers.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE REALLY QUICK ABOUT IT. THEY GOT IT DONE IN TWO DAYS, THEN THEY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS READY TO PICKED UP. I ACTUALLY JUST BOUGHT A FLAT SCREEN FROM THEM.
