FULL DISCLOSURE HOME INSPECTIONS

Full Disclosure was responsive and entirely professional throughout the whole scheduling, inspecting and follow-up process. Steve arrived on time or even a few minutes early. He was professional and thorough. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on various issues throughout the building. He even helped me try to figure out how to fix a jammed window. I was unable to provide access to the entire building, so Steve offered me a great discount. The report was extensive and well organized. They prioritize each issue (major concern, safety issue, monitor or improve) which I found to be extremely helpful. I highly recommend Full Disclosure!

It went very well! We were locked in the bedroom when Steve tested the lock, but Steve is professional, he got screw drivers and we were free in a minute!

Wow. Craig was awesome. I wish I could stop there, but Angie wants details. No amount of commentary and excessive questioning kept him from getting the job done in a very professional and timely manner - I even learned that I have attic storage in my future home! Craig was able to incorporate the task at hand with addressing issues I was bringing up and didn't mind that I was following him about in some of the rooms. Toward the end, he explained in detail maintenance that I want to keep in mind (changing filters, things to look for in failing appliances, etc.) as years progress. He even answered questions that didn't apply to the inspection such as adding a bathroom in the basement and identifying items such as the alarm system components. I could have easily checked myself, but he relayed that I have more than sufficient water pressure (important for rinsing out conditioner in women's hair), assuring me that not only is he knowledgeable in his business but also aware of items of importance (and their application!) for the uninitiated home buyer. He was easily able to translate his family experience in a way that made sense, or I could say, he knows how to communicate in layman's terms without being overly technical. I liked that he provided tips for avoiding being taken advantage of should my rather large hot water heater seem to begin to fail prematurely. So that's a description of what happened verbally. Tack on the fact that I received, via email, the two separate reports detailing his observations, recommendations for maintaining the property and the radon results and now I have documentation of the excellent condition the seller has taken of the property over the past 5-6 years. I'm sorry it has taken this long to write the review because it was such an enjoyable and rewarding experience as a first-time home buyer. I'm also sorry that I had to give Craig a "B" for Punctuality, but in his defense, he did call to alert my realtor that he was stuck in traffic. If it were appropriate, I'd plaster my name and phone number to serve as an overly positive reference, but isn't that what Angie's List is for?

I very much appreciated the service provided by Craig at Full Disclosure home inspection. Craig was on time, organized and knowledgeable. His thorough analysis of the house really helped us to feel even more comfortable in our home purchase. Although it was about 90+ degrees and late in a Friday afternoon, Craig was thorough and complete in his inspection. He made sure that we understood anything that we discovered. We also got a written report in just a day or two after the visit. All and all, great and useful service.

Craig from Full Disclosure was amazing. He arrived on time (early in fact!) and explained what he would be doing in detail. He went off and did his thing and allowed us to explore our new home. He didn't mind if we got in his way and in fact referred to it as "our time." After about 90 minutes he finished the inspection and took us through the entire inspection beginning outside and went through every detail. He thoroughly explained EVERYTHING and we felt completely informed about the home we about to purchase. He even climbed on the roof and took pictures to show us the condition. Amazing service and a fair price!

Overall, a great experience and well worth the price.
