Dave did an excellent job. he was attentive to details, even painting the existing lighting to match the new siding. Everything he did was professional and all the details were perfect. He was more picky than I could have been as an owner.

He was very thorough in what he did and took his time to explain everything. He made sure that everything was right. He is reliable and his pricing was fair. He got everything done when he said he would get it done.

Monahan came himself and was very professional. He came out looked at it, did the estimate and showed us samples. The price they quoted us was about $10,000 for that work.

There were many different size windows and some unique and challenging circumstances that Dave had to handle. Some of the windows were original, almost 100 years old, which required extra care in their removal. The other windows had their challenges as well. Dave was very thorough throughout the whole process. He was diligent in explaining the choices that were available and working with my budget. I felt no pressure in making my selection and working with Dave all the way through the process. The installation took 2 days. The care that he took during the removal and installation process was first rate. There was minimal intrusion and great care in cleaning up after the job was finished. The windows look great.

Dave had the best price. He is extremely fussy. We had a great working relationship. He finished the job 3 days earlier than I expected. The yard was left clean -- no nails on the ground, driveway etc. A real pleasure to work with.

Excellent!! Dave Monahan has done windows and siding work for us since 1995. In addition to our personal property,he also worked on our investment properties for a total of 5 houses. His work is superb! Dave's neatness and creativity set him apart. He strives to maintain original character of each home.

If you had an A+ field I would have to give him an A+++ Everything he quoted me was done to perfection, extras that we did not realize had to be done was done at no additional charge, plus a few things that should have been my responsibility were handled by Dave and Kyle, installing lights, doorbells,painting etc. In all very professional, very fantastic workmanship, my house now looks brand new and outstanding color co-ordinated, which by the way was suggested by Dave.

Previously called 2 of the larger window and siding contractors in the Providence area. When mentioned Dave Monahan the contractor lowered his price by $6,000. Highly recommend Dave for any project around the house. He presents as hard working, experienced and professional contractor.

Dave did an excellent job. He returned my call immediately, he quoted $300 a window and he stuck to his price. He didn't push me into any more than I wanted or needed. He ordered them, and as soon as they came in he put them in. It took one day for six windows. He took all the mess away and called to make sure everything was OK a few days later. I would recommend Dave to any one.

The window installation went very smoothly. Dave completed this job in one day. Dave was in contact with me between the time the estimate was given, the windows ordered and work actually began. Dave is happy to explain to you what he is doing and why. The work is perfect inside an out!

I was very pleased with this contractor. He and his partner were very professional and respectful. Dave was in contact with me between the time the estimate was given and the actual time work started. I felt like Dave treated my house as though it was his own. He and his partner care about the work they do and did not take shortcuts. I had a special antenna that had to be removed which involved complex wiring. Dave carefully removed the mounts which I repainted with Dave's help. The antenna was remounted and all the wires were hidden under the vinyl siding. Dave also hid the cable TV and telephone wires under the siding. It looks great! I have had compliments from other siding contractors on how great the house looks. I was completely satisfied with this contractor.

Dave measured my house 3 times to get and accurate quote on materials, and gave me a great price that included stripping the old shingles. There was actually only one full piece of siding left when the job was done.

Dave's estimate was one of three that I'd gotten; his was not the lowest estimate, but talking to him revealed that he was very knowledgeable about the products available and what would work best for my home and budget. One of the other siding company's that gave me an estimate sent a salesman who was also very knowledgeable but I'd rather talk to the guys that actually do the installation. Dave only works on one project at a time, so once he started on my house, he stayed on my house until it was done. Dave kept me informed of his progress and how he planned on handling any problems that came up. I felt that the work performed was excellent, at completion of the job the yard was left as clean as before they started and Dave also took care of a couple of minor issues at no extra cost. I would recommend Dave without hesitation.

IT WAS REALLY GREAT THAT THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP AND DIDN'T LEAVE THEIR TRASH ON THE GROUND. THEY ARE REALLY WELL KNOWN AND WELL RECOMMENDED.
