I cannot begin to rate this company, and owner. In one word "refreshing"! Returned my called within two hours after my first contact. Out in two days to look at job and call me with estimate as well as answer all my questions. Job was completed within one week. I have owned my home for 30 years and used approximately four different companies. The job was impeccable, and specifically cracks filled better than any other company. Polite, courteous, prompt, just not enough words. I just wish Custom Sealcoating did every home improvement possible ! Best company EVER!

Entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. When I called to get an estimate, Larry answered my call right away, answered all of my questions, and used Google Maps to look at my driveway and instantly gave me a great quote. When I agreed to move forward, he told me he would put me in his schedule and I should expect about 2 weeks for the service to be done. To my welcomed surprised he called me, 3 days later and said he had an opening and wanted to know if he could come sealcoat my drive the following day. I said yes, Larry and his company did amazing job on the driveway and I'm very happy with their work. I've had my driveway sealed in the past before, and I must say this job is far superior than the others. I would highly recommend this company.

Larry is fabulous. He answers calls/texts, gave us an instant estimate for the driveway over the phone using Google Maps, which was so convenient. He arrived promptly when he said he would, and he and his worker did a great job. They were very neat with the sealer - other companies I have used left the edges of the driveway a mess. These guys were very conscientious. Larry didn't give us the cheapest estimate, but it was only a slight bit higher than the others, and we were happy to pay it for a company that does quality work and is so responsive.

Larry called a few days before performing the job to lock in a schedule with optimum weather (excellent responsiveness and communication). He arrived on time as communicated as scheduled (excellent punctuality). He cleaned the driveway with leaf blowers, I pointed out some cracks that were over a ¼” and he took the time to fill these in with heated tar (Good quality and professionalism). Job took approximately 30 mins to 45 mins. Approx. cost for 770 – 800 SQFT/$295 = $(0.37-0.39)/sqft His work was clean and professional. I would recommend his services to my friends and family.

Responded to request within 24 hrs. Work scheduled to be done within week. Arrived on time, cleaned and prepared driveway well. Neatly filled small cracks. Sealcoating applied neatly (careful of brick edging, etc.) and quickly. Very pleased.

Larry was very responsive. He answered right away, he came out to the house that evening to give me an estimate and was able to schedule the service for later in the week. On the morning of the service, he arrived right on time as scheduled and went right to work. They finished up very quickly and did not leave a mess. The driveway looks great! I've had many people comment on how nice it looks. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Went great..exceeded my expectations..driveway looks practically new...had trouble setting due date, but it was due to fluctuating weather...once we got the right conditions...they were on time and knocked it out in no time. Quality is excelent.

Larry and his crew were great! I received an estimate over the phone after my initial inquiry, and Larry called me the night before to confirm when he'd arrive the next morning. On the day of the resealing, Larry arrived promptly and spent about an hour prepping the driveway - trimming grass, filling cracks, and blowing the driveway clear of any debris. The end product was first rate - the sealer was a consistent color (not striped like many DIY jobs) and Custom provided a solid surface all around without dripping/spraying stuff on our walkways adjoining the driveway. We recommend them without reservation - they were a pleasure to work with and their price was far below other competitors who advertised in local circulars.

Larry respond in less than one day to my email. He showed up the following day for measuring and provided an estimate. He described the scope in detail and guaranteed that sealer would be applied by roller, no spraying. We agreed to terms and he performed the work at the first window of nice, warm weather. He texted me a day in advance, showed up ON TIME, did the job as we had agreed and left no mess. Hopefully I wont need another seal for a few years, but Larry and Custom Sealcoating will get the call when I do!

Larry came out to provide an estimate. The estimate was right around what I expected so I asked him when I could have it scheduled. He said he would be in the neighborhood the next day and said if I was available he could do it then. Work was performed quickly and it was exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent! Larry called right away after the first inquiry. After speaking on the phone he came over the same day to look at the work. Took his time explaining exactly what he was going to do, provided insight in areas where there was a concern and assured us of his work. He showed up promptly on the day of the work and we were very pleased with the result. We already had two families ask us for his information after seeing the finished driveway.

It could not have gone better! He was very prompt and came out when he said he would. He even called before he started like he said he would so we were able to make sure our cars were parked on the street so we could use them. Very professional and did an absolutely fantastic job. From what i have read about other companies that do driveway sealing in Rhode Island he may be on the more expensive side but he is a perfectionist and definitely makes sure you are satisfied and stands behind his worK. I would use him again even though he is more expensive when I require driveway sealing again. Again, excellent work and he does a great job filling in the cracks with super hot tar by hand. Definitely worth the money.

Called a few days ahead to insure day worked out well for us. Showed up on time and professional in the work done in a timely manner. He was local to me, around the corner so I liked that. He explained everything, but above all he wanted me to be 100% satisfied with the job asked me to inspect and see if anything missed and or needed to be done before closing up. I appreciate a provider that goes that extra mile to insure the customer is satisfied and doesn't just show up to do a job.

Driveway was coated perfectly. No overspray, looks excellent. Very happy with the results. He was higher than other quotes we received by about 10-20%, but felt it was worth the price based on other reviews.

Initial job in the summer was nicely done. Later. a number of the cracks settled and needed to be refilled. Larry came back in October and did a quality job of refilling all the cracks in the driveway. All-in-all, a professional job.

The work provided was good and Larry was easy to work with. Quite happy.

Larry was genial, friendly, and professional. He was very prompt and performed the operation with extreme precision and efficiency. We already have recommended him to neighbors! The driveway looks great. It is a difficult driveway to seal since there are walls bordering both sides of the driveway. He artfully managed to edge the driveway with absolutely no splatter to the walls! Additionally, the edge of the driveway that borders the street has been lined square to the curb. We are very happy with the seal coating job.

I called him yesterday, he was here today. His last coating lasted about 3 years. Very neat and clean, he was like an artist with the asphalt brush. Friendly, quick, efficient. I am very happy with his service.

I called on Friday and the job was quoted the same day and work done the next day. Larry answered when I called and said he could come by that afternoon to give me a price because another job in my area was postponed because of rain. He came out when he said he would and gave us a fair price. He said he could do the job the next day and he was prompt and neat and very professional. It was a pleasure to work with a company that we did not have to chase and that did a great job without any problems or call backs. I would highly recommend Larry and his company and will be using him again in the future!

I was very happy with his service. He called me. In a couple of days he called me again saying Monday they could do it. Then my husband had a question about an area, he came back in two minutes and explained everything. They were very professional. friendly and punctual.
