Initially, it went fairly well except that he tended to let me know at the last minute that he was going to start work on something. This left me scrambling to purchase the materials he needed primer, paint, cedar shingles, exterior caulking, etc.
Description of Work: Painted exterior of house. Rebuilt rotted sections on both sides of back door. Also did several other minor repairs.
