My old laptop would not charge, and it has the kind of battery that must be removed by a professional. It was also slow. CCCP Help quickly diagnosed the problem (a fried hard drive) and offered two options: Repair it or buy/build a new one for me. Jennifer (the business owner) explained my options and the prices in detail, all while patiently answering my many questions. I went with option 2 and am thrilled. She got me a refurbished, high-end, commercial-quality laptop and installed a brand-new hard drive. She also recovered my data, moved the data to the new laptop, destroyed my old hard drive and recycled my old computer. The price was a fraction of what I would have paid for a new version of this model, and about the same price as if I had purchased a new (but cheap and inferior) replacement.

I needed to replace an aging computer for business. Jennifer made recommendations based on my needs, explained available options and I am more than satisfied with the results. She subsequently helped with a software update because I was not confident attempting it on my own. Her service is the best; she is honest, professional, trustworthy and I recommend her highly. Jennifer was very responsive in setting up appointment, consistently very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in installing a new router and hooking in all my devices which would have taken me, a senior citizen, hours to figure out. She has come to my aid before, first updating my old home eMac and supplying an external drive for storage. Then she came to my new store location to set up all the computers, router and printers there. I heartily recommend her.

Far and away, this was the best tech support I've ever experienced. I was having issues with my computer; having difficulty opening files, slow response; just running poorly. I called Jennifer on Mon, Jul 6; was able to bring my computer to her that day. Our computer was completely inopperative. Lucky us, we the first to get this particular virus. Jennifer had to to completely reinstall our whole operating system. We got it back in better shape, because she got rid of all annoying "new and improved" features. She is very prompt in answering calls, and kept us abreast of the situation. One of the best things she did was have me check out the computer before leaving. This was an immense help because she helped me reinstall, my backup, windows office, etc. It is very refreshing to have someone with techinical expertise be able to effectively communicate with those of who do not.

I brought the computer to be repaired because the screen had cracked. I also knew it was having a few other problems which were found We discussed options and I decided to go ahead with the work. I was kept well informed when progress was delayed because the wrong screen had been sent. And I felt like extra effort was given to finish the work due to the delay. I felt the charges were reasonable.

I am very computer savvy but I absolutely realized I needed a professional to do this job. In addition to knowing exactly what I needed, Jennifer pointed out some important maintance things that needed to be done. She took care of all of that as well. I had brought in an old computer, which was not working. (I needed to have a backup computer for my business.) The old computer was not worth fixing, especially since we did not know exactly what was wrong with it, besides being old and out-dated. Jennifer thoroughly explained the lack of cost benefit in repairing the little old beast and we agreed that fixing that old computer was not in my best interest. She also explained options as to buying a more modern computer/laptop and when I learned of the one year warranty on the refurbished models, I knew buying a refurb was my best option. So TWO days after I first went to the store, I went back to pick up a new laptop and she took even more time to thoroughly explain the laptop by turning it on and making sure that I was comfortable with my purchase BEFORE I bought it.
