Description of Work: Certa Pro has various teams and I got a very bad group of "painters". They spilt and dragged paint over the resin floor of my front porch resulting in the rebuilding of this porch with new decking (they did get a professional carpenter to rectify this situation), they sprayed paint over garage lights (Certa Pro did get me new lights), sprayed over a screen, and to this day, my recycling can, a rock in our yard, and our gas grill still show paint from their carelessness. This crew left litter in my yard everydayTo Certa Pros behalf, they did address the issues and fixed the major flaws, but overall it was a very bad experience.

Description of Work: they power washed the house and painted. Within one month it peeled. Came back the next year repainted for free. Peeled and blistered again di not call back because each time they came the paint job got worse. Plus the paint crew could not communicate because they did not speak English.

+ -1 moreWhile the overall job was good, we had to have them back multiple times to correct parts of the job. We continue to find places where they did not clean up after or they missed spots. Because our interior designer works well with them we will have them bid on phase 2, but we will be paying much closer attention to the details this time.
Description of Work: We had 2 bedrooms, an office, and 1 1/2 baths done. They stripped wallpaper in all locations and then compounded, sanded and painted walls. They refinished multiple doors with stain and polyurethane.
