+ -1 moreMark has done work for me in the past but this most recent time he did a super seal of a rubber flat roof that had been leaking and no one else was able to get it sealed. He did it correctly. His work is professional as is he, his prices seem reasonable to me and he is reliable. I have used him before to custom frame some windows (outstanding job) and will definitely use him again. I recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Did a Gaco seal of leaking flat rubber roof.

+ 2 moreExcellent craftsman. Very hard working. Worked from dawn to dusk. Mark custom made thresholds, baseboards and molding to match the design of existing finishes. The door opening was much shorter than most, so he cut the door to fit.
Description of Work: Divided space to create two rooms from one. Installed walls, doors, baseboard and crown molding. Replaced front door.

+ 2 moreFrom the very beginning, Mark was a thorough professional. He provided an estimate and indicated possible challenges that could impact the estimate. He supplied details and options for materials. Once he started work, he was fast but meticulous. He even made custom molding to match the other baseboard and crown molding in the room. The house is old, so the door frame needed some extra work. He did not charge extra labor or material costs for replacing the threshold. The clean-up was perfect
Description of Work: Mark installed a wall and door to make one large room into two rooms. He also replaced the front interior door.
