Extremely honest. It took some problem-solving, but he got to the bottom of it eventually. Along the way he made a mistake that I NEVER would have known about. But he told me and didn't charge me for the extra work or materials. This kind of honesty is rare.

Excellent. He is prompt, neat and fast

The people from Bay Appliance Service Inc. were wonderful. They were really great. They come and did a great thing. We've had them for years. He's the guy that we had all the time, that's why insisted for him. He said that he didn't take the money that should be spent on fixing it because it was old and it will cost too much to fix it. And so, he told us that and he charged just nothing. This guy was a jewel. He was always on time and he was a very reliable man. His work was always excellent.

It was excellent. He was incredibly efficient and their pricing was very fair. He was no nonsense. He went in and out, did the job, cleaned up, and he was incredibly honest. I think it was $65 for the house call which goes to fixing and then he charges by fifteen minutes but my deal was $80. He was an honest, no-nonsense, get-the-job-done guy.

The technician is professional and knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and he determined the problem within 20 minutes.

They were responsive, quick, and efficient. They were right on time and did a good job. They were most professional, and I was very pleased with their service. They were very reasonably priced too. I would use them again, and I would also recommend them.

Repairman had a bit of trouble finding the problem, but had a part in his truck. He showed and explained how module malfunctioned. Straight-up, honest work.

They always do a great job and get out to fix things very fast. I have been a loyal customer for many of years and I would definitely recommend them to other people. They are reasonable prices and make sure to answer all of your questions. They do a fantastic job.

THEY EXPLAINED WHAT EACH PART WAS FOR. THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY, PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND FRIENDLY. I FELT REALLY COMFORTABLE WITH THE WORKERS FROM THIS COMPANY IN MY HOME.
