They call to inform me that they were going to be late. Nice to get the call so one knows what is going on. The work was neat and they did an excellent job of installing my 30 amp service. I would not hesitate to use their services again. I highly recommend them.

The installers arrived on time, the work was done quickly, and they cleaned up afterwards. They even fixed an existing unrelated problem with an outlet!

Went out of their way to accommodate my work schedule, did not charge me when they were unable to repair the problem. Returned and installed the new fan, no fuss, no mess.

My wife and I recently closed on a home and needed a number of electrical projects to be completed in order to modernize the space. Weâ ve had B&K over to complete two sets of projects so far and each time we were exceptionally pleased with the work. We plan on calling B&K back to work on many more projects and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrical services. Based on our experience, the only thing weâ re upset about is that we canâ t rate B&K Electric higher than 5 stars. Additionally, we wanted to give a special thanks to Isaiah, the electrical technician who assisted us on all of the projects. Going through a home remodel can be stressful but Isaiah made the experience so much less so. Isaiah was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and single-handedly justified our decision in choosing B&K. Weâ re very grateful for all of the work he performed and look forward to having him back out in the future to complete additional projects.

Came out and gave me a quote. A little higher than another estimate, but they were more professional so I went with them. Tech showed up early and did not disappoint. He has able to clean up some old work from previous home owner. Will be returning next week to finish up after another contractor finished their work

The young men who came were extremely knowledgeable and identified and solved the problem almost immediately. I am so impressed; and they came on short notice. Can't say enough good things about the service. Definitely recommend and will not hesitate to hire them if need be in the future. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I received a phone call within an hour of asking for a quote. Guys showed up the same day and did the work the same day. Literally had my electrical panel redone within 6hrs if requesting a quote. Can’t beat these guys!

BNK was professional and very competent. I had a smallish but difficult job and Jared diagnosed it and it was solved. The price was fair and I will definitely go back to them again

They were very professional and they did what they said they would do in a timely manner. Price a bit more than what I had expected to pay for some of the items but overall I was very satisfied and would use them again if I had a need.

There was a small problem with a loose fuse after the service. They came back on a Saturday morning (not a scheduled workday), identified and fixed the problem.

These guys are total pros. They upgraded our electrical panel and just exceeded our expectations. This is the way all business should be done.
