+ -1 moreTHE PEOPLE AT ARC ELECTRONICS WERE JUST FINE. THE WORK THEY DID WAS GREAT. THE COMPUTER RUNS JUST FINE SINCE THE UPGRADE. I DON'T THINK THEY WERE PERFECT, BUT THEY WERE ACCEPTABLE.
Description of Work: THEY UPGRADED MY OPERATING SYSTEM TO WINDOWS XP.

+ -1 moreTHIS IS A PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE COMPANY. THEY DO NOT TRY AND SELL ME SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT NEED. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED AND THEY COMPANY GAVE US THAT. THEY ALSO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY BASICALLY BUILT ME A NEW COMPUTER BECAUSE THERE WAS SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH MINE THAT THEY HAD TO REPLACE ALMOST EVERYTHING IN IT.
