+ 7 moreWork took 5 months. It started in November and ended in April (mostly due to rainy/cold weather). Poor workmanship was not checked. Problems included unpainted molding installation, roof leak, poorly flashed chimney, poorly flashed misc areas, roof vent and soffit were wavy/not straight, hundreds of nails around house foundation, difficult communication, general sloppy appearance. To Cliff's credit, I provided photos to Cliff and the foreman on the job was fired. Cliff brought another crew in and repaired much of the problematic work for free. Despite his agreement to perform the work--the last of the work has never been completed (tenants stained ceiling, tenants unpainted trim.)
Description of Work: Removed existing vinyl siding, removed rotten wood gutters, sistered rotten wood rafter ends, stripped & replaced existing asphalt roof shingles w architectural, installed vinyl soffit and facia, replaced rotten shingles/shakes, rebuilt roof returns, replaced section of balcony handrail, installed seamless gutters and downspouts, installed interior porch laminate flooring, repaired several interior/exterior lights
