We were extremely pleased with Ron's work. The sashes slide very easily, which suggests they were well installed. He and his crew reinstalled all of our blinds and curtains. We were particularly impressed with the cleanup. There were no paint flakes or dust outside or inside. We were concerned because we sometimes rent our home to families with small children and we didn't want them to have any lead paint exposure from the work, but he was extremely careful. We were out of town while Airtight was replacing our windows. During that time, there was a ferocious wind storm and power outage in our neighborhood. Ron came by after the storm to check for damage, and called to let us know about it. We were grateful that he was so concerned about our property.

I was so pleased that when I had to replace my bay window, I called Ron first. Again, he provided a full explanation as to how the work would be accomplished. He and his crew were on time and finished the work in the estimated timeframe.
