We used them because we use them in another home. We have never had any issues and it has always worked so we figured we would continue on. We were able to get a little bit of a discount because we are currently using their system in another home.

. I have spoken to multiple people there and they will not cancel my contract without penalty because it is my word against theirs. Also they were rude and chastised me for not reading the contract. Yes, I understand that I am most likely in the wrong for not reading the contract (although I am exploring my legal options for signing a contract under false pretenses),. It looks like I will be stuck in doing business with them for 3 years in this contract. However, I could never recommend them and their customer service is abysmal.

I worked from home on October 2nd to meet Mr. T***. He never showed up and I never got a call. I contacted ADT later that evening and was told that they were very sorry and would have a manager get back to me. I never heard back from anybody. I'm at a complete loss and don't know what else to say.

We have been using them for about three years. They monitor everything. I like them. I think it is very helpful. They are very prompt. I had a friend stay over and they triggered the alarm at night. They called immediately and said the alarm went off. I will continue to use them.

We have been very happy with the services. If there are any issues they call us right away and even send the police if they are unsure about the situation.

They were very responsive whenever I called them. The price was competitive. They were professional in their install. They were very timely when they installed the system. It didn't take very long.

I think they provide nationwide services. They are very prompt and I would continue to use them.

They've always been good to me. When I've called they've always answered my questions.

I've had to have them out a couple of times to update the batteries or other maintenance issues. I've always been satisfied with their service. They also maintain smoke, carbon monoxide and water detectors as well.

They are always good and responsive.

They are very good. Sometimes I get to my alarm late. So they will call me to inform me that the alarm went off and they also ask me if someone can put the right information in it. I then give them my code number. They are excellent and I like them. There was a problem with a battery and so they came out the next day to put a new unit. They usually last a long time, but this one didn't even last for a month. So they came in and installed a whole new unit. There was no charge for that because I have a service plan with them. I had other alarm companies and they were all bought by ADT. So I guess they are good. I have been using their services for at least 5 years. I would use their services in the future too.

The installers were punctual and they had to come back a second day because of difficulty of the installation. While they were resourceful about how to solve some installation problems, the quality of the installation work was less than top-notch. In some places, loose wires were simply draped from one locale to another, instead of being stapled to a structure or fed through a conduit of some kind. Though we were assured of a neat installation, some areas were left unkempt and debris was left where it fell. The system was explained to us before the installer left, but it turned out that some aspects of the system (which I consider important) were not explained to us. The billing has been unreliable, and the source of some frustration.

I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A WELL-KNOWN COMPANY AND THEY RESPOND QUICKLY TO CALLS. THEY HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION IN THE SECURITY FIELD. THEY PROVIDE TWENTY-FOUR-HOUR SECURITY FOR A REASONABLE MONTHLY RATE.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DID. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HARDWORKING. I AM ON A YEARLY CONTRACT WITH THEM, AND FEEL THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE. THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES THE MONITORING OF THE SYSTEM.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF INSTALLING THE ALARM SYSTEM. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL IF WE HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. THE MONTHLY PRICE IS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT I GUESS IT IS WORTH IT FOR PEACE OF MIND.

I HAVE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I FEEL THAT THIS NEW SECURITY SYSTEM WILL BE WORTHWHILE. I ALSO APPRECIATE THE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. I FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THEM.

I LOVE THE ALARM SYSTEM. IT IS A BURGLAR ALARM, A FIRE ALARM, A GAS SENSOR, AND OTHER VARIOUS EMERGENCY SERVICES. THE GUYS WHO PUT IT IN WERE FRIENDLY, EAGER TO PLEASE, AND JUST GENERALLY NICE.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE PROMPT IN RESPONDING TO MY CALL AND THEY WERE HELPFUL IN ALL MY CONCERNS. THEY MADE SURE TO TEST OUT THE SYSTEM THOROUGHLY BEFORE THEY LEFT.

ONE OF THE SENSORS WENT OUT ON THE ALARM SYSTEM. THEY WANTED ME TO PAY A SERVICE CHARGE AND 100 DOLLARS FOR THE NEW SENSOR. IT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN A YEAR SINCE THEY INSTALLED IT! I DON'T THINK THAT IS THE RIGHT WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.

THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE ALARM THEY INSTALLED COVERS EVERYTHING, FROM BURGLAR ALARM TO FIRE ALARM AND EMERGENCY SERVICES. I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW LOW THE COST WAS.

THE ADT SECURITY SYSTEM IS VERY GOOD. EVERY TIME THE ALARMS GOES OFF, THEY CALL OR COME CHECK ON US. THEY SEEM TO BE VERY RESPONSIBLE AND I TRUST THEM TO WATCH MY OVER HOME AND MY FAMILY.

THIS COMPANY DID A FINE JOB ON OUR ALARM SYSTEM. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM BECAUSE IT WORKS GREAT.

THE SECURITY SYSTEM SEEMS TO WORK. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ALARM. THE ONLY TIME WE EVER USE IT IS WHEN WE ARE GOING TO LEAVE. NOBODY HAS BROKE IN YET BUT AT LEAST WE HAVE IT JUST IN CASE.

THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ARE PROMPT WHEN MY SYSTEM ALERTS THEM. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THE MONTHLY RATES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.
