I just had some work done by a really nice plumber. He is really pleasant and I think that he does a really nice job. He is the type of person that you do not mind having work in your house. As far as I can tell, he seems to be evenly priced.

2 hours late, then had left the trim kit at the plumbing store, gone for at least an hour, then an additional 5 hours to complete. Went into the basement and there was water all by the furnace.. I called him and he came back and said the relief pressure valve was broken. It wasn't broken when he started. He was also rude.

Jim did a great job, as usual. We have used Addessi Plumbing on a number of jobs. The work quality and attention to detail can't be beat.

Jim moved the refrigerator and repaired the contact spot where the tube hit the appliance. He was personable, friendly and professional. He is very neat, and he likes everything to look clean and orderly (he uses clips to secure all tubing so that it is out of the way, etc). I hovered a bit while he worked and he taught me how to make this kind of repair myself. A few weeks later, I had a different leak in the same hose, different spot. While this new leak had nothing to do with the original problem, he replaced the hose at no charge as a professional courtesy just because it was something he had worked on before. While we both agreed that the new leak was not at all related to the first one, he felt that it wasn't right to charge for a related leak when the first repair was done in his name.
