Description of Work: Not only were they nice people and professionally prepared for the job, but they did a superb job. I have a two level home and a 24x14 sunroom with a glass ceiling that they made sparkle like new. Of cleaning the windows.

+ -1 moreTwo workmen came to the house to clean all of my (first story) windows. One worked inside and one worked out. Inside they also cleaned interior French doors. The windows sparkled when they were done. The only issue I had was that the removable mullions on once of the sliders are not secured properly. I will have them again and will add the basement windows to the job.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. The person that I talked to on the phone was pleasant, courteous, reasonable, and called back when she said she'd call back. They couldn't make their first appointment due to thunderstorms and heavy rain, but obviously that's not their fault. When the 3 guys arrived, they were pleasant too and did a fine job cleaning my dirty windows just as I'd expect. The price I eventually paid was actually lower than they quoted me because some of my casement windows (crank-outs) actually only counted as 1 window, when I thought they'd count as two. All in all, very satisfied and will use them again.
Description of Work: Cleaned all the windows/skylights on our house, inside and out.

Description of Work: A&A came promptly, washed the windows of the first floor and as a favor did a window over my sink on the second floor. The windows are spotless and look as if there is no glass ! Very satisfied.

+ -1 moreFrom the time I phoned for an appointment, and spoke with a person-not a machine!, I was treated with respect and politeness. The window cleaners arrived within the time slot I was given (noon to 1pm) and got right to work. They put "booties" over their shoes as not to track dirt into the house, always placed the pail of water on a mat, and were were dressed neatly. They explained that one person would work outside and one inside. The inside worker went back and checked the inside and outside sills to be sure they were clean. I have had another window cleaning co. before and I had to go back and clean up after them...not so with A&A. I highly recomend them.
Description of Work: A&A cleaned our windows and removed the screens for the winter.
