Description of Work: Exterior painting and miscellaneous carpentry.

Description of Work: SP came out and painted my home. Said he asked me to make him coffee every day for his own needs. He brought trash from other jobs and placed them at my home for disposal against my expressed desire. Then did Ladder issue was the final straw. He left the job on the final day. He left the work site with my ladder. Then months later we discussed it and he said he’d return it. He did come to my home but left a different ladder. He knew he took it, he told me he knew that he had 5 when he knew he should have only had 4. He then admitted knowing that he left a ladder that was not mine quoting that it wasn’t my ladder that it would be a better ladder. He has not responded to my request to my property returned.

Description of Work: I got an estimate from Ronnie Greene Painting for painting the exterior of my house and garage.

Description of Work: Called Ron in 2009 to bid painting and stain job on my home. He promptly gave me a writen bid. Because of family issues the project had to be put off but I gave a his name to neiighbor whom Ron ended up doing a entire houe paint job and according to the neighbor he did a good job. March of 2012 I called Ron back to update his bid. He promptly came by and we discused the project. There were some things that I had to get done before Ron could start and I told him that I would call as soon as it was complete. I called Ron April 28th For the first available opening in his schedule. There was new wood exposed to the weather so time was somewhat a issue. Ron knew about this at the time he accepted the project. Ron told me it would be a couple weeks before he could get started. I understand that he had already made obligations to other customers and weather becomes a issue as well. I spoke with Ron June 31 and I finally asked him if he was going to be able to handle this project or do I need to find someone else. He told me that he would get to me ASAP. Two weeks went by and I contact another painter. Job now complete July 31,2012. I believe that Mr Greene realized that he underbid the job and instead of discusing it he ignored his customer till I went somewhere else. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Description of Work: Exterior of house was sanded, primed with oil based paint, and sprayed with two coats of finish latex.

Description of Work: Ronnie and his crew power- washed my roof, painted the outside and,as he promised, made my house look like a "million bucks" !

Description of Work: Ronnie and his team painted many interior rooms. This included patching the walls and removing switch / outlet plates.
