They were very good. They were in and out quickly and cleaned up everything afterwards, leaving no mess behind.

I found this company a bit pricey BUT provided excellent results.

I had hired Jimmy Stuart before to do the same work -- and they did such a good job, I asked them back this year to do the same. They make an appointment, show up right on time. Very professional and nice to deal with. It is easy to make an appointment when you call their office. I have already recommended them to others.

After the carpets dried, I noticed the Tech did not overlap his cleaning head enough on each pass. What was left on our tan carpets are darker colored stripes where the edge of the cleaning head was pulled along. After posting this review, I called Jimmy Stuarts to see if they would help me resolve the streaks on the carpets. I was greeted with a friendly receptionist who seemed to already be aware of my issues and forwarded me immediately to a manager. The manager explained that the streaking sometimes happens and they would be happy to come out and address the two rooms that had the issues. He further indicated that Angie's List reviews were important to them and he had wished I had called before posting. Aside from the initial streaking problem, I give Jimmy Stuart's full credit for how they handled the follow-up. The Tech arrived on time, was friendly and did a fine job removing the streaking in the carpet with his cleaning equipment. Overall, I was happy with how the company responded to my request for a follow-up. These service issues can happen to any company, it is how they respond to them that shows the character of the business. I would recommend Jimmy Stuarts based on their response. The initial review has been adjusted to reflect the how well the company handled the follow-up.

The company does a good job. They are efficient and reliable. The company is very professional and knowledgeable. They have been around for a long time and have a great reputation.

The price is good. They are punctual, they do a good job, and they are professional.

The experience was very good. I usually do a fair amount of research before I hire people and I have had very good experiences on most of the stuff we have ever done. I have no qualms about them. I called them and they came promptly and did the job. They did a good job. They were neat, clean and professional. I paid them and they left and there were no hassles. I was happy with the price and it was just a good experience. I would give them a call if I needed my carpets cleaned again.

It went well. I was satisfied. They were really nice to deal with on the phone. I forgot a small oriental rug and they told me to take it back to them and they would do it for free.

I called them and they got back to me. It wasn't a cost issue from them; it was a cost issue on whether I wanted to spend the money on this rug. Their estimate was comparable to other companies. I ended up throwing the rug away. They are fine and have a good reputation locally. The rug had animal stains and it wasn't worth spending a couple of hundred dollars cleaning a $200 rug. They were responsive and their price was in the ballpark with the competition. The whole interaction was done by phone. I had no complaints with them. They were courteous and friendly and were willing to send somebody out if I needed more information. I would call them again.

They came out and took a look at the carpet. They gave us a quote and their price was too high. We did not go with them for the job. They were professional and clean. Price was the key factor in us not going with them.

A great experience. They arrived right on time and did an excellent job. Professional and very clean -- put mats down to protect my floors, etc. Answered all my questions, very helpful. And most important, the tile and carpets look terrific.

Jimmy Stuart is a great company. They charge reasonable rates and they are very thorough about the work they do. They are detail oriented and very cordial. They are easy to communicate with. I will continue to give them my business in the future. I do not recall what I was charged for their services without consulting my books. I do know it was more than fair.

AFTER THEY CAME THEY PUT ALL OF MY FURNITURE ON FOAM PADS AND THOROUGHLY CLEANED THEM ALL. MY FURNITURE WAS SMELLING A LITTLE ODD AND WHEN THEY WERE DONE MY WHOLE HOUSE SMELLED FRESH AND CLEAN.

THIS MAN WAS FAST IN HIS WORK. I FEEL THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT OVERLY CAPABLE OF THE WORK. HE DIDN'T MOVE ANY OF THE FURNITURE, JUST CLEANED AROUND IT. IF HE HAD SUGGESTED MOVING THE FURNITURE, I WOULD HAVE DONE SO. I WOULD WATCH HIM THE NEXT TIME.

THIS COMPANY DOES THE BEST JOB. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET A CHOCOLATE STAIN OUT OF A WHITE CHAIR. COMPARED TO ALL OF THE OTHER COMPANIES I HAVE USED, THEY DO THE BEST QUALITY WORK.

I HAD REMOVED SOME OF THE LIGHT PIECES OF FURNITURE AND THEY REMOVED THE LARGER PIECES. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS AND AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY ARE THOROUGH AND CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB WITH THE FLOOR. IT IS WEARING REALLY WELL AND HAS NEVER LOOKED BETTER. THE MEN THAT CAME OUT WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HONEST. I HAVE ALREADY REFERRED FRIENDS TO THEM FOR THEIR CARPET CLEANING.

THEY ARE EXCELLENT BECAUSE THEY'RE PROMPT. THEY DO GOOD WORK AND THEY'RE PLEASANT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT EIGHT IN THE MORNING AND THEY WERE HERE RIGHT ON THE DOT. I HAVE USED THEM EVER SINCE I MOVED IN HERE, WHICH WAS NINE YEARS AGO.

I AM A WIDOW AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE KINDNESS THAT THE WORKERS SHOWED ME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL REFER THEM TO OTHERS.

I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEY DID A WAY BETTER JOB THAN I EXPECTED THEM TO DO. IT IS NOT AS EASY AS EVERYONE THINKS TO CLEAN FURNITURE. THE PRICE WAS REALLY GOOD FOR WHAT THEY DID.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THE RUGS LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE NEW WHEN THEY FINISHED, AND THE JOB DIDN'T TAKE AS LONG AS THEY THOUGHT IT WOULD.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROMPT. I HAVE USED THEM FOR QUITE AWHILE AND HAVE NEVER HAD A SINGLE COMPLAINT. I WOULDN'T THINK OF HIRING ANYONE ELSE TO DO THE JOB BECAUSE IT BELONGS TO THEM.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND THEY ALWAYS DO A VERY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING BOTH THE CARPETING AND ANY FURNITURE THAT I MIGHT WANT CLEANED. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.
