Horrible. They sent me "screened loom" that was totally not screened. Big stones that made planting impossible. Not only did I waste money on the loom, but also with the landscaper who had to remove piles of rocks and then I had to purchase screened loom somewhere else (much cheaper and beautiful quality). I will NEVER use this company again. Paul in Bellingham refused to listen or refund my money. Absolutely terrible experience. I feel so taken advantage of. I am not stupid; I know what screened loom looks like. Shame on them. [*** Link removed ***] Check it out!

Very well, delivered same day as order, free delivery, competitive price

I thought their pricing was very reasonable. They sent six people, and they were out within an hour. Which is good, we have dogs, and the least little bit of noise, drives them nuts. I thought they were terrific. They are great with attention to detail, as they saw the yard had all kinds of debris, and they came back and fixed it. They were speedy, competent, and nice. Attention to detail.

Professional service. We spread a plastic tarp on the driveway corner as a target for the mulch/loam. I watched as the driver looked over the tarp, even straightened the tarp out and then neatly piled the stones we used to hold the tarp down on the driveway out of the way of the mulch/loam. He moved the truck to get the best position and made two dumps - first the loam, then a little space and then the mulch. Perfectly done, though there was some remnants of brown mulch (must have been in the truck before the black mulch was added), but otherwise everything was fine. The loam could have been screened a little better as there was sizable chunks (softball size), but otherwise no rocks or weeds.

It went very well and the gentleman was nice. I told them where I wanted the mulch and he dropped it. It was done on time. I got free delivery.
