 + -1 moreHe would "drop buy to look at the job when I was not home. Dropped by again a wanted to wait on landscaper to finish. Made an appointment and then didn't keep it. Didn't want to come at night, Or Sunday....
Description of Work: I have no idea if he is a good painter but making an appointment, and then getting him to keep it, proved impossible. Not at all flexible.

 + -1 moreMr. Butterworth carefully inspected job and gave accurate estimate. He had best paints. It took 3-4 men three weeks to complete the job.
Description of Work: Repaired damaged woodwork, caulked and patched holes, sanded, painted, whole house some rooms required three coats of paint.
