Top to bottom housecleaning. Really well done. On time, professional, efficient.

It was fine but VERY expensive for what you got. Huge up front fee for initial cleaning and then twice what most others charge for a weekly/by-weekly cleaning.

Lindsey told me that they do an inspection after each cleaning and they've never had complaints because they reach out to clients after each cleaning. I was optimistic that this would be an improvement over experiences with other cleaners. Imagine how disgusted I felt to return home after my deep cleaning and find that none of the garbage cans were emptied, two of the rooms weren't completely vacuumed, there were black marks on all 3 window sills in one room, furniture was moved around and in one case a tall dresser was left blocking a closet door, an outside door that was previously locked was unlocked and left that way, and I had deep gauges in the hardwood floors in front of one dresser that was apparently moved. There was clearly no walk through done at the end of that cleaning, and three business days later when I hadn't heard from Lindsey as she promised, I had to reach out to her to find out how she plans to repair the damaged floor.

Simply Spotless comes every other week and cleans my whole house. I have used them for 4 months. For the very first cleaning, they sent, I think 6 people, and it took 5 hours. They require that as a baseline and I was actually glad, as my house so needed it. They charged a lot more for that, but it was worth it. They are completely professional, come exactly on time, do a fabulous job. I do not worry about my valuables, etc, at all. The team that comes is just great!! One of the owners calls afterward each time to see if you are happy and for any comments or suggestions. They work around my dog, as I am rarely there when they come. This is the first time I have had anyone else clean my house and it is the best money I have ever spent. I have spent enough years beating myself up over not loving housework and dreading it. Not any more!!

I would tell the others that they do an extraordinary job and are extremely thorough and professional. They go over and above in organizing and cleaning every single detail. I would refer them to others.
