+ -1 moreThey were reliable. They were pretty thorough. My interaction with them was very good. They come when I'm at work but I trust them. The owner is very responsive. The work was very good.

+ -1 moreI sometimes leave a list of a few extra things to be cleaned. Every time they have come, something has not been cleaned, either they forget to wipe the bathroom counters, almost never dust pictures and light fixtures, often times, the couch has not been moved to vacuum under it. The last time I used them, i left a list with three items on it. Not ONE of them was completed! I had asked for beds to be made, and when I came home none of them had been made. When the beds have been made in the last, they are not made well (no hospital corners!). They are not too flexible regarding time either. Frustrating!!
Description of Work: I have used Emily's Cleaning for a while now every other week. In general, the same two people come to the house. I want the whole house cleaned thoroughly. It is never cleaned as well as I would like.

Description of Work: I have the cleaners come every other week. Usually there are two women who are all hard workers. I have dealt with quite a few different ones, all professional, friendly, trustworthy and thorough. I would only caution new customers to expect that they may arrive later than you expect as they get involved in doing a thorough job at their previous site and may be late. I guess it is difficult to plan accurately. I have been quite pleased and really appreciate having a clean house every other week. They use green products as much as possible.

+ -1 moreAsked for spring cleaning ( as opposed to just a weekly/ twice a month )and said then she could come back twice a month.She did just a general cleaning I guess i should have gone around with her to tell her just what I wanted but did not think I needed to do that. She was alone thought it was a company coming Asked her for a business card and she told me that they were being printed so when I needed to contact her I had no way of doing that I had to cancel with a note on my front door ( I was called into work and no one would be home)
Description of Work: 3 hours She was alone did just general cleaning wanted heavy duty but did not do seemed inexperienced

Description of Work: Emily's Cleaning did a complete spring cleaning for us. Top to bottom. Great job and worked at a good pace. There was a team of 2. Very happy with her crew. They will be back twice a month.
