They've been taking care of our outdoors property for a number of years now, and we can always count on them to be responsive and provide high-quality work. The grass cutters oftentimes exceed our expectations by pulling out weeds (not required) or blowing debris off our driveway and deck. They are always courteous and respectful. The office manager, Aless, is exceptional. She's never failed to return our calls promptly, and she truly cares whether or not we're pleased with the services we receive. East Coast not only does our weekly grass-cutting but also our spring and fall cleanups and weeding and mulching as needed. They do a great job of plowing us out in the winter, too. We are retired and and quot;of an ageand quot; where we can no longer maintain our yard by ourselves. We might not be able to continue to live in our own home without their help, which is deeply appreciated. We can recommend East Coast Industries without reservation.

 + 0 moreALL work assigned to East Coast by us have been performed to our complete satisfaction.
Description of Work: We rely on East Coast Industries to maintain our yard and landscaping all summer, do both Spring and Fall cleanup as well as snow-plowing and take on special landscaping projects from time-to-time. Basically, they do all our outside work with the exception of lawn-fertilizing which is done by another company. We've employed them for almost ten years, and because we're an elderly couple, we depend upon them to make it possible for us to continue to live independently in our own home. The East Coast staff is extremely diligent, often going above and beyond to make our property look its best. For example, they use their leaf-blower to clean leaves off a rather extensive deck that we have on the back side of the house, and oftentimes they will spot weeds that they pull, even though they're not required to do this when they're only hired to do the weekly grass cutting. They also do an outstanding job of edging, and they've never damaged anything on our property. They do an excellent job of snow-plowing, and try to do it in as timely a manner as possible. Their fall cleanup is impeccable, and all bushes are properly cut back and/or trimmed. The office administrator, Alice Farrell, is a gem. She has never failed to return our phone calls, and she's always courteous and accommodating. The owner of the business, her son, is also most pleasant and highly experienced. We recommend East Coast Industries without reservation.

 + -1 moreThis company has a great "can do" attitude. Each request was answered with "no problem". They were prompt and stayed till the job was finished. There were no "hidden" costs.
Description of Work: Built a 40 foot retaining wall on hill 3.5 feet high on hill with fill behind. Required relocation of woodshed and transplant of some bushes. Planted new bushes, mulched and seeded lawn.

 + -1 moreThe company is sometimes called East Coast Landscaping too. We live right in the woods, and the first thing we used them was for fall cleanup because there were a lot of leaves in the yard. They got rid of all the leaves, which was quite a job because they have to do quite a big area. We have a long driveway, about 500 ft., and they did work all along it. They are quick but it might take them about 3 hours to do the job. They have 4 guys working there. The last time around, they cut the lawn for the winter. We also got them to do spring cleanup where they straightened everything out and put mulch down. They keep things neat. They usually charge by the hour. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.
