+ 1 moreThere were no services provided because after showing up once to review and estimate the bathroom remodeling project, they never returned or contacted us in terms of start dates, etc. We called quite a few times to determine when the project would begin and review the details, and only once did they answer with a promise to call back. Well, they never called back. This lack of professionalism and respect for clients has now confirmed our resolve never to work with these builders again and to warn others as well.

+ -1 moreI called Dan Pearce for an estimate. He returned my call and we made an appointment for him to come to my home to give me an estimate for replacement of my deck. He did not show up, and he did not call to explain why he had not kept the appointment.

+ -1 moreI was very happy with the job that Pearce Builders did! They were very professional and on time. They even cleaned up their mess when they were done. The price was also a good deal.
Description of Work: Pearce Builders removed an old deck and built a new one. They replaced my deck with an "L" shaped one that consists of both sides being 10 x 12 square foot. They used pressure treated lumber to build the new deck.
