+ -1 moreThey have very reliable customer service. The gentleman that came to fix it was good. The service was definitely there. We have not needed them repaired yet. Sears service is great. I think that they try to do right and they have good sales. They give coupons. The sales people are great and know their products.
Description of Work: We bought a refrigerator from Sears that needed to be repaired. We have bought a stove and a dishwasher.

+ -1 moreI'm very particular. I'm watching my pocket book in the condominium association's pocket book in everything that I do so I want high quality work at a reasonable price. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He doesn't care that I was watching every move he made. You find some people who get annoyed if you're watching or asking questions. He was very professional.
Description of Work: Sears installed the garage door opener.

+ -1 moreThe service was good. It took a long time to get them to the point of getting a brand new washer, but the service guys were good. Just be persistent in the phone calls if any issue you have with them. It took a while, but I had to have several service calls to get it replaced, but eventually the more service calls you have, the more the keys you have for getting something replaced that should have been working from the beginning.
Description of Work: The only thing we've used is Sears, the store. I would have bought the appliances at the Bald Hill Road, but I don't know where the service comes out of. It was, my washer was under warranty. They tried to attend to my washer, but were unable to so they actually ended up replacing the washer.
