Description of Work: I had my water softener system replaced (Fleck 48000 grain SXT) and a new pressure tank installed for my well water. They were generally responsive over the phone. The person who came to inspect seem pretty knowledgeable and his pretty thorough. I liked the efficiency with which Shawn and Patrick did the installation and appreciate the tips they had given me to maintain the system. I liked their pricing the most. I had three quotes varying from about 40% to about 100% over what I eventually paid. |The system seems to be working fine, though it is too soon to judge. |

+ -1 moreThey supplied an accurate written estimate of what they were going to install and explanation of what the system would accomplish and how it would achieve the desired results. They arrived on time and proceeded to install the radon mitigation system for our well water along with a water softener and PH neutalizer and a whole house water filter. It took about 4 hours which is, what they had estimated. The job was done professionally and they have returned for the yearly maintenance. We could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Aqua Science and would not hesitate to use them again

+ -1 moreI thought they were very good. When they installed the water softener the work also included a water filtration system and some valves. The installation itself was excellent. They came out and asked whether I preferred copper or PVC piping. They did all the plumbing work and put in the valves that I wanted put in. They also put in some pressure meters and everything went very well. I was extremely pleased with them and they have always showed up on time. I have only used them twice. They were extremely friendly and were very smart; they knew what they were talking about. They showed me some maintenance tips while they were here. I go by their company periodically to buy filters for a whole house water filter that they also installed.
Description of Work: I used Aqua Science to service a water softener they installed several years ago. They recharged the system and did some maintenance on it.
