+ -1 moreValcourt sent a tech over to take a look at my gas boiler, which had stopped working. I was very impressed with the response time and professionalism of the tech. Luckily, the boiler only needed a couple of new parts and didn't have to be replaced. The tech worked quickly and had the parts in his truck. I felt as if the Valcourt tech provided me with honest advice and the price was reasonable. I plan to use Valcourt again for any other problems that arise.

+ -1 moreWe are owners who live in NJ and the rental home is in RI. I met Chad during negotiations and then our tenant was main source of connection. Chad kept us informed from start to finish, very professional and made us not so nervous to be so far away from the site.
Description of Work: We highly recommend Chad and his team for work involving switching from oil to gas heating in a home or business. Our 35 year old house with original oil burning system was not without it's challenges. Chad finished right on time, did exactly as he described he would. He removed old equipment, and if there was any questions after, he was right on it, even calling another contractor working on the house for us to make sure all work was getting done in timely way, even if it wasn't under his work.
