Bill and co-worker were very professional and polite. Bill explained everything that was going to be done and kept me informed of his decisions and why the work was being performed a certain way. Helped with informing me and my husband of future work we are thinking of having done and the approximate costs. Definitely would hire again. Very pleasant to deal with. Absolutely great!! Also he contacted me within a very short time on the day I requested and electrician and was here at my home doing the work within 2 days of the requesting!! Very reasonable rate for work performed.

The owner was prompt to call after online contact, to confirm and clarify appointment time and scope of work I needed. He called to reschedule appointment in plenty of time before appointment. I was voluntarily given the worker's name and vehicle type over the phone so I would recognize him. The worker was pleasant, didn't waste time, was attentive to my requests and questions and fixed the immediate problem. I was very pleased all around. I am getting an estimate for further work.

Bill and his staff have been very courteous and very communicative about the work being done. Bill was willing to work with us taking into consideration our budgetary constraints and I greatly appreciate the effort on his part to ensure the job was done given our tight schedule. My house is ooooold and while working my job his electricians found wiring in such poor condition that it was simply unsafe. I'm thankful for hiring a pro able to recognize these issues and remedy my death trap.

This process was so simple. Home advisor made the connection and Bill called me and asked what I needed, gave me a price and we agreed upon. He scheduled it and let me know who would be there and the type of van he would show up in. He was right on time, and accomplished the job without any problems. I will use this contractor again in the future. One other thing the charge was less than our agreed upon amount, so it was an added bonus for me. If you want it done right Go Omni!
