The men that came out from this company, Bill & Patrick, were extremely professional. They located my problem quickly and were able to repair my whirlpool tub in a timely manner. They were also very personable and kind.

Bill was very professional and constant with his communication. He had Patrick from his team over to the house exactly when he said we would. Some creative problem solving needed to be done to find the problem, but it was fixed within 3 hours. The Omni team is now my go to electrical team.

My previous circuit breaker had a decent amount of corrosion, not only on the outside but inside as well. Water got into the box at some point and started eating away at it. One day the breaker for my dryer tripped and I noticed a burning plastic / decomposing rodent smell around the box. I ran the dryer again and the same smell came back. While the dryer was running, I could hear a slight sizzling sound coming from the dryer's breaker. I contacted an electrician friend of mine in New York for an opinion. After discussing it for about a half hour, he recommended that I contact a local professional to take a look at it. So I hopped on HomeAdvisor and found Omni Electrical. The ratings were superb so I reached out. Bill from Omni Electrical gave me a phone call shortly thereafter. After explaining the situation and sending over a few photos, he emphatically said "Yes, this needs replacing!". A few days later, Patrick from Omni Electrical arrived with a new box. I stood by him the entire time so I could see what he was doing. I asked several questions, all of which he was able to answer. The quality of his work was excellent. He was very precise, neat, and calculated. He has 18 years of experience as an electrician and it definitely showed! Bill took a considerable amount off the cost of the job since I am active military. I've had some other work done (gutters, etc.) where the company did not give military discount. This is one of the little things that makes a company like Omini Electrical stand out. Overall, I highly recommend Omni Electrical for any type of electrical work you may need. I'll definitely be hitting them up again if I need this type of work done in the future.

Hard to rate fairly given limited experience. We needed wiring and outlets repaired. Omni contacted us promptly and had a repair man at our house sooner than we could have reasonably expected. The person doing the repairs was friendly and professional. Would certainly call Omni again for needed repairs and would certainly consider them for larger jobs.
