Towne Glass. Horrible Customer Service. I called to get an estimate to install a shower glass door and instead of them coming to my house to see the job I want they asked me to get the measurements which I did. I called again a week later to check on the status of the quote and they said they were getting back to me on a day, but they never call, and I never received the quote. I wasted my time calling this place.

They were very professional. When the bathroom was ready, they came and measured. Based on their advice, we went with one panel and a door. The glass was ready ahead of schedule. They quickly scheduled the installation. They arrived promptly and did a great (and neat) job. When done, they went over in detail the care we should take with it. They answered all our questions. They advised that the hinges would loosen after some time and to just call them. Sure enough 3 months later we noticed the door out of square. I called the office and within two hours had a serviceman here. He handled the whole thing in 10 minutes. I love this company and would not hesitate to use them again for a similar job.

Went ok. Took the crew a bit longer than I expected to get the windows in.

Went well. Had to schedule later in year because of holiday schedules and the likes but otherwise work was done professionally and looked very nice when done.

All employees, from owners on down, are friendly, courteous, professional and thorough. The estimate was explained in "easy to understand" terms for a layperson like myself. The job was completed on time (fast) and with minimal disruption to our home. From the first meeting I had with company representatives I felt very comfortable with their people and confident in their abilities. They did not try to "hard sell" me, sell me something I didn't need, and were very respectful. They seemed to be very knowledgeable and competent, and it turned out they actually were. The finished project looks great and works great. We couldn't be more pleased.
