Joe, Kevin and Joe Kelly were wonderful installers of my new windows. I cannot say enough good things about The Window Source. If you need windows I highly recommend them.

They stored the windows outside for 2 months, the windows were wet and had leaves in them, one of the locks popped out. The owner and office staff had covid yet workers showed up with no masks. Fast not quality is the way they work, did not cut molding like I was told, broke a molding and just put it back. Misleading advertisement, states the owner inspects every job never showed up.

Both jobs went very well his crew members were very professional and friendly Richard was always available he was here before the jobs started during the job if needed and checked everything out after the job was completed I highly recommend the window source of Rhode Island.

The service men were very polite and got right down to it- they were done quicker than expected and left no mess behind

We had 23 of the high grade windows put in and the guys worked hard and didn't stop till they were finished. They did an excellent job and the finished product looks amazing. Better than we hoped for and within our price range. Their prices are right on their website along with the window details. They were courteous and politely worked around our dog and little grandchildren. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my window needs.

Rich & his crew were right on time worked well & efficiently. Finished the job sooner than expected. Very respectful and knowledgeable.

It went really well! A cold rainy & windy day the guys got it done in a few hours with minimal disruption!

Like magic. The Window Source is no nonsense, reasonably priced and good quality. 19 windows were measured and ordered in a 30 minute consultation. My husband and I went to the shop to view the actual window samples and make sure we were getting what we needed. They arrived in a couple of weeks. The old windows were removed and replaced in a day. They do windows all day every day and know their business. We will use the Window Source to glass in our screen porch, too.

Perfect-measured, ordered all 5 replaced in less than 1 hr.

We could not have asked to work with a better company! We were so pleased from start to finish. First, not only did the owner, Richard, come out to quote the job but he was also here installing the windows with his staff! We never had to sit through a 2 hour sales pitch or watch heat lamp tests on windows. It was straight forward, honest and exciting from the beginning. Richard was great about giving us suggestions and style design! While on the job they were professional, took real care to clean up any area they were in and checked in with me whenever there was a question to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. They went above and beyond as well! We had to cover up an air intake where we were creating a door and they took the time to fill in the hole with a piece of hard wood floor and also created a threshold for us. Both things we forgot to discuss when the job was quoted and they just went ahead and did it to make it perfect. Their finish work is impeccable. Something we have never been able to find in a contractor! They even took the time to hang all our blinds! And as if that wasn't enough, his quote for the job was by and far the lowest of three window companies we consulted. We have already recommended them to a number of friends and family! I would never buy windows, door or siding anywhere else!

Excellent job. Removed old windows and installed new windows, nice neat job and I love two windows. Richard & Scott are real pros and down to earth. Very informative and great persons will install more window.

Everything went very well workers were punctual, professional and pleasant. They cleaned up completely when the job was done I would highly recommend them to others and use them again for sure.

I discovered the Window Source after receiving several high quotes from several local providers / installers. Richard called me to setup an appointment for my most convenient time on a Saturday evening. After he measured all of my windows he provided me all of my options and I was pleasantly surprised at the cost he provided. I gave Richard a deposit that evening, he let me know he would immediately order my custom sized windows and they should arrive in approximately 7 - 10 days. A week or so later I was called a few days before the scheduled install to setup a convenient install time. Install day came and Richard and his team showed up right on time. A few hours later I was told the job was complete. I was shocked at how fast everything was completed. All of the old material was disposed of and the work area was left in better condition then when they started. Richard and his team far exceeded my expectations and I plan to have him back this year to Vinyl side my home and install a few bay windows. If you need windows and you too have discovered the Window Source, then your search is over!! Give him a call and you will be completely satisfied.

Rich was on time professional, & friendly. Talked to Kim where first called shopping around & she really went above & beyond to get me what needed in my budget. She was very friendly & I m going to refer anyone to the window source.
