This company charged my 90 year old grandfather TWICE to install a garbage disposal that they failed to install properly the first time. The representative that they sent out cut corners by not using all of the new parts that came with the new disposal (that we purchased on our own) and then left with the box and all of the brand new unused parts (essentially stealing them). He also took the instruction manual and all of our warranty cards as well. The disposal fell out of the sink a week later. They came back and supposedly fixed it, and then it leaked and fell out again (probably because the initial installer chose to take many of the new parts that came with it instead of installing them). When they came back the third time they replaced it saying it was under warranty yet then took advantage of my 90 year old grandfather by asking him for another check for $159.59 to install it again despite the fact that they never installed it properly to begin with. I also can't help but wonder if in addition to charging my grandfather for installation twice if they may have gotten reimbursed for installation through the warranty as well? My dad called them over and over to complain about them charging my grandfather twice and got one call back. During that call their manager Wes said he would call my dad back and never did. When my dad went by the store to ask for my grandfather's money back, he was rudely told by Wes, and quot;That's not going to happen!and quot; We also suspect that they may not have given him the Senior Discount that they advertise. In any case, you should beware of these people. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of the elderly. They should not even be in business.

On time, great service, one of the most reasonable quotes.

Very well. Indivdual was fast and efficient. He tried to repair the Kitchen faucet before replacing but it was too far gone. When I called and explained problem to the owner he guesstimated it would be a 2 hour job and it was that, no longer.

They were professional, clean and quick.

We called them with a problem with our sump pump. Even though they were extremely busy at the time, they squeezed us in and took care of the issue. They were fast and accurate. Everything's fine now, thanks to Pagnozzi! We recommend them heartily. If you live in this area, I would suggest you call these guys. They are awesome, reasonably priced, and they become friends. It's a family business, and it's nice to know that they're local. Good job, guys!!!!

It took them less than two hours to come out, turn the water off, replace the six foot section of pipe and install a shut off valve. What a relief! I was so grateful that they came so fast, they wasted no time to at all and got the job done. Because of their quick response, we avoided a big mess. I don t think that I will ever use another plumber and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

THEY ARE GREAT ABOUT SHOWING UP ON SHORT NOTICE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THERE WHEN WE NEEDED THEM. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE TOO, FOR THE SHORT NOTICE.
